I signed up for a Face Yoga anti ageing programme for 6.71 sterling, but today 51.00 sterling was taken from my account without permission. I have not been able to gain access to any course content, when I click the link and enter my email is says 'email is not recognised' - when I have tried to contact the company I have not received a response, via email or the live chat online. No course, no response and then 51.00 taken from my bank account without my permission. I am so upset, money has been taken that was to cover bills. I have a low income and was in tears this morning because of this. My bank are unable to do anything.

strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
I was shown an ad on Facebook promoting a digital course for €4.44, clearly advertised as a one-time payment. I trusted the offer and paid.
What happened next was shocking: without my clear consent or knowledge, the company charged me two more times (12 and 18 euros) and later withdrew another €60 claiming I had activated a subscription something I absolutely never agreed to.
When I contacted their support, they refused to refund me. Instead, they kept offering me things I didn’t want like "lifetime access," online masterclasses, and gift certificates as if that makes up for taking money under false pretenses. They also ignored the fact that their advertising was misleading and that many other users were caught in the same trap.
This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise something cheap, hide the real costs, and then charge much more later.
Do not trust this company. Their business model is built on misleading ads, hidden subscriptions, and refusing refunds.

Why hasn't this site been taken down? This is a scam. I bought a course for $5 and 2 days latter they charged my card $105.

Their “support” is just a chatbot that refuses to help or issue refunds. No company name, no legal address, no way to cancel.
This is a fraudulent website hiding behind a fake service to steal money from users.
Avoid at all costs.

I bought a course for $1.99, paid that price for just 1 course that I was interested in, and I did not agree to any more subscriptions or course extensions. But $49 was debited from my card without my knowledge. I immediately contacted support to get a response to my complaint about the debiting of funds without my knowledge, but I received incomprehensible offers of their courses for a month, and then for a year. They did not respond to my complaints about the debiting and sent me a message that I had subscribed to it myself, although I was not even informed. But as I understood, they already know how to deal with complaints about their platform and debiting money, because they work according to the classic “hidden subscription” scheme and are often legally protected by terms written in small print. This is real FRAUD and deceiving people. I do not advise buying anything like this and I will do everything possible so that more people learn about them and also write different statements to draw attention to their activities and eliminate them.

SCAMMERS!!!! never buy ANYTHING from them. I bought a mini course from them and apparently they got my cards details and charged me 99$ for a whole year. As soon as I saw the transaction I wrote them about the mistake but they refused to return money. After they finally agreed to return 50% of the price for that useless course. They said I will get my money in 30 days. I didn’t get the return and I’m texting them and they don’t respond. Scammers!!!!

As many other ppl already mentioned IT’S A HUGE SCAM. You’ll purchase a course from them for pocket change and then they’ll charge you a bigger amount when you contact their customer service they tell you oh you purchased a trial period and now charged for the entire month. That’s what happened to me. I ordered completely different course from them for $4.99 and 6 days later was charged $49. I was trying to get a refund just now since I didn’t even buy that course. The offers me 30 days free. When I said no they offered 90 days free. When I said no to that as well they offered 265 days free. And when I said no to that as well they offered life long access to their platform. I refused stating that you are scamming me and using my card without authorization they replied that refund aren’t possible since it’s a digital content. BUT I DIDNT PURCHASE THIS DIGITAL CONTENT WHY IS MY CARD CHARGED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION? Avoid at any cost. Horrible experience. I do not recommend. I’m voting to report this business for fraud and recommending those who were charged without authorization do the same because they will be keep doing this to other ppl. It’s not about $49. If I made this purchase I would be ok paying this amount but I paid for a different product on their platform.
PS I want to clarify - I have never signed up for a trial period. I have purchased a separate course and I paid a full price for it with gave me a full unlimited lifetime access. Everything else that you were trying to charge me for I did not purchase. Even on your platform those two purchases listed as separate items. I’m not stupid, I can differentiate one from two. And to be very clear you charged my card without my authorization and refused to refund. I understand you prepared your refund policy in a very smart way stating that there is no refunds because it’s a digital content but I want to emphasize YOU CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN’T PURCHASE. I received two separate emails on two different dates for two different purchases for two different courses.

FaceGo is nothing but a scam!
I was purchasing a $1.99 course, and without clear warning, they charged me $99 for an annual subscription! When I contacted them immediately for a refund, they kept offering useless services instead of returning my money. After wasting my time with back-and-forth emails with pointless offers, they finally told me that the subscription was non-refundable.
This is a clear scam – tricking people into unwanted subscriptions and refusing to refund. Their customer support is completely useless, prioritising their profits over customers. Stay away from this company unless you want to lose your money!

Beware of Facego – Scam Alert!
I purchased a yoga program from Facego for $2. A week later, they charged my card an additional $100 for a service I never signed up for. I immediately contacted their support team, requesting to cancel the unwanted subscription and refund my money. However, I received no response. They ignore messages and refuse to issue a refund.
Stay away from this company – they are scammers!

This is a scam. After purchasing a course for $2, they charged me $99 a month later, claiming that I had agreed to an annual subscription.
They refuse to refund the money and instead offer lifetime access. After long negotiations, they only agreed to refund 30%.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

The ultimate scam!!!! DON'T buy ANY of their programs. They trick you into a "7 day trial for 1,99" but they also charge you with $129 that you don't sign for. In all their webs they claim a "14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" but if you ask for it, they won't refund you anything asking if you have read their policies. No need to read it you in your front web page you tell clients of your "14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE", right? So it is all a simply and clear SCAM just to get into your pockets and they care nothing about clients experience.
This is supossed to be a course to improve your face expression and lessen aging, and this whole dealing with this company has given me 5 more years on my face in only 3 days.
