I went for a facegym workout as a treat for my birthday and it was the worse decision ever, after the session I felt pain and bruise in my cheekbone and jawline. The day after I started noticing imbal... See more

Utterly rude!
I went to the facegym in Selfridges London with my wife as a little bday present. I asked the masseuse to apply less pressure around the beard as she was pulling my hair. She started to roll her eyes. I stopped the session and left. Terrible service and will never visit again. Don’t waste your time.
It works but is pricey + reaction !
Great concept and it always leaves my skin glowing and feeling great. The effect lasts for about two weeks after each treatment. Comfy place and original skin treatments. Would only appreciate if the beauty technicians would wash their hands before they proceed with the treatment- tbh only saw probably like one do that... certainly needs improvement, considering one treatment amounts to about £100 on average?
Other than that it’s definitely one of the best places to get facials these days..
EDIT - I have not visited for ages after I had a reaction to one of their creams/facials/ no one really knows what it was? my eye was all sore with massive red circles around it ... also, the 'professional' didn't wash her hands that day before the treatment started so it makes me wonder that the dirty hands had something to do with it ... better hygiene standards would be great! Refund was provided after I had shared photos, so the customer service was good overall...
