Worst than normal MM or Premier (which is very hard to achieve), smurfs everywhere, unfair matches all along, cheaters, toxicity. If you were considering buying anything from them, just do yourself a favor and don't :)

if you cancel your premium they throw you into unfair matches, multiple level 10's with a high avarage vs your lv 8 team with under 1kd

I was very satisfied with the first matches, so after a few games I bought premium for 12 euros. However, the whole thing suddenly turned upside down. Every game some smurf or no prime who seemed to be cheating. The teams are usually unbalanced even in premium matches. I'm not even talking about servers and hitting... Very bad experience and wasted money. Faceit is not working on changing for the better at all

Outrageous requirements for absolutely nothing. Government id required for no reason. You need to tweak your motherboard bios settings to even play faceit, for no reason. The anticheat does not work if easy anticheat is running, for no reason. TRASH!

Got banned for no reason. Had a little loud conversation with a guy in game. Said nothing crazy both of us. And ONLY me got banned.
Faceit admins are a bunch of fat unemployed kids that didn’t get enough love and attention from the world. Poor human beings . Seriously tho, i hobe you will get help some day.

They dont care about anything other than you paying money. You queue and got a griefer? lost elo and time.
You wanna play with friends but not whole team? you get shittiest player on earth.
They lie to you publicly, and there is a lot of proof that this platform is not worth anything more than couple of pennies.

Faceit support is absolutely disgraceful. I was temporary banned for smudging and when I opened a ticket I explained that I have never played on any other account and that I’ve never smurfed - the response was essentially them not wanting to investigate and told me
“We’re not discussing it further” for a platform that’s so idolised its support time is absolutely disgraceful.

My account was banned unfairly and without any reason. I think it was banned unfairly. Reinstate me.

Hello, I was coming back home after a long day at work, tired, just wanting to play 2 or 3 Faceit matches, as usual, before going to sleep — and I find myself banned for something that, to me, is simply ridiculous. I got banned for smurfing. I’m level 6, I have 600 matches played, a 50% win rate, and I stream almost every day on Twitch.

I already sent a ticket defending myself, explaining that it’s impossible, but they keep saying they have “proof.” I don’t know what kind of proof that is, but I only have one account — the one I always play on. The account name is “Zinheon,” and it’s my only one.

It’s really sad to see that a platform with such a name bans people who genuinely love the game and try to learn and improve, while cheaters — the ones who probably put money in your pockets — and the real smurfs who pay for premium to farm Faceit points and win prizes like skins and tournaments, those are the ones you actually praise and protect.

I’ve already accepted the ban, as sad as it is, because I’m just a hardworking man who only wants to play, and you’re not letting me, based on an accusation I don’t even understand. I don’t know what “proof” you have.

Still, it’s disappointing, because I took time off work to play a lot, and — how curious — the ban ends exactly one day after my vacation finishes. Thanks for being the most unfair platform I’ve ever known. :)

useless support - I put in a ticket that was in the wrong category which I understand they have their set teams but their response was essentially - wrong ticket not my problem - rather than redirecting me to the right category ticket for my problem... useless

Giving ban for smurfing even tho players aren't smurfing for sure. Lose 360 elo just cuz my friend got banned for smurfing but if he is smurfing then I'm dev1ce in his prime. Wrote a ticket and they said that they can't do anything even tho I didn't play w that guy for like a month and I got my elo alone not by him. Trash platform.

They just banned my main account instead of the secondary one that i told them in minumum 10 emails and 3 tickets for deleting it. They said im smurfer but i only played 2 games and im level 5-6 on both of the accounts. I cannot play face it anymore, they dont respond to my emails, they dont want to help the community and made it very dificult to contact them. I hope that in some time this platform will die if they dont make it user friendly and much easier to speak with an admin. Right now if you try to talk and email them you only get AI responses that dont understand your problem , and the easiest way to solve this kind of problems is to ban the user. I hope someone who sees this message will help me.As you can see in Trustpilot the reviews are extremly low for a real reason. I can tell you from my experience that it does not worth it to try to speak with this guys. You get banned for trying to get help but people are bot spinning in their servers and need to manually ban players that do that. Its all i have to say that per total face it its a bad experience and ruined by banning my almost 15 years old steam account for being "the secondary one".
