Verry fast support answer me almost immediately but there is a problem with smurf accounts and players but still verry good support

Any kind of toxic behavior is tolerated, but if you respond, you will receive a 1-month ban… You can play with hacks, no problem. Someone can troll your game, no problem. In the end, you will be the one who gets punished…

got banned for 5 hours because i couldnt join the server. cooldown was removed in 20 minutes, very good service!

The anti-cheat system can't ban smurf accounts, the staff is incompetent, and the players are idiots who don't want to win.

I have been ignored for 2 weeks straight. I provided clear ownership proofs and screenshots multiple times, but support completely ignores them. They keep sending the same pre-written, automated templates over and over again for 14 days. It feels like nobody even reads the tickets. Absolute joke of a customer servic. I demand a manual review of ticket 12649492 by a Senior Agent.

less cheater on faceit than valve MM, also faceit support is great, they response within 10 mins. highly recommend

Full of cheaters and smurfers.Accounts with 5k matches play against accounts with 30 matches level 10 and faceit ignores all this.At least on premier you know when a guy is cheating.
