I purchased the LED mask which I had been using for just under a year when suddenly it stopped working and wouldnt charge which rendered it useless. I have therefore been trying to contact the company monthly since July without any response on their behalf. I’ve searched but can find no information letting customers know if they have folded and ceased trading or anything else that may help me. Can anybody out there throw some light?

They are taking people's money and not sending out the orders! Not sure what's happened, whether they've gone rogue or been hacked bit this has also happened to my friends! Do not buy from this website!!!! Report to trading standards! They are not responding to their customers, just stealing their money!!!!

I bought from them in March 2022, the order was placed and they took my money. That was it, they never dispatched it, nor responded to emails or messages on their socials. I actually had to get my bank to intervene and recall the payment.

Bit confused as I bought from them in July 2021 and received the order.

Now it’s been over x30 days since the order was placed, I’ll be reporting this to Shopify who is their selling platform and I advise others who’ve had the same issue do the same. You can also Google who their hosting and domain is with.
The site desperately needs taking down - they’ll be paying a fair bit to keep it active. It’s either turned into a scam website or it was a one man band who’s died?!

Wish I’d looked here before ordering or checked their socials as looks like things went quiet some time ago.

Order a year ago and still haven’t received the product and they don’t answer my emails..

The heal and glow works! Really calming and comforting. Doesn't smell the best at all but I didn't buy it to make my face smell lovely. I bought it to make my skin glow and it does. A little goes a long way

For a LED mask to be safe it has to be FDA approved. You’re using LED lights in your face and around your eyes and it’s super important not to damage them.

For LED therapy to work, the LED lights has to penetrate deep down to your skin to be able to treat it. They claim that their red light goes deep, however, they don’t have any conducted test to prove that. Also, when using LED lights at home, it’s very important that the lights are near the skin, otherwise they won’t give results.

Please, don’t buy from these scammers. They lie, block people and don’t care about your skin nor your eyes. I’m pretty sure they don’t care about the planet either.

I bought the heal and glow balm with the promise that it works well to control breakouts. I was lured in by their advert on insta and by my desperation to sort my skin out. I have sensitive skin and very prone to breakouts, I have yet to find something I can use.

Anyway, so I started using this, twice a week to see how my skin would react. within a couple of days after first use, I got a couple of small whiteheads (which I ever get), then after the second use, I have loads of them all over my face.

After I ordered this I was reading through their returns policy, and well they don't have one (even if the product is unopened). I never usually buy anything without researching properly first, but all their reviews on here were so good (fake, maybe?) I just didn't think. But anyway, a complete waste of £35, and my search for a good skincare product continues.

Just come across this website amazing yet to try my Colour Led Mask gadget being wanting one for a while. So many things I want already and it's cruelty free, vegan so many ticks on this and more. Well Done :)

This is the best thing i found in 2020 their cleansing pads are the best. I tried Face Filter, which has calendula tea after the first use my skin was glowing and after the first month it helped fade my dark spots and acne scars. I just recently bought a face oil as well excited to see how that one goes.

I’m loving my organic cleansing pads (Calendula & Pink Clay) and Heal n Glow ointment. I’ve been using it only for a day and I’m happy to say that I can see minor changes already with my skin. I suffer with cystic hormonal acne for quite some time now and some have left dark spots, the Heal n Glow ointment calmed down my breakouts after leaving it overnight as a mask.

It’s too early to comment on promising results but I’ll keep up to date after a few weeks time!

i have used the lavender reset pads, ive also used the holy skin pads and the face vitamin shot face mask so far , i have been suffering with cystic acne and a rash around my mouth for a while now i think due to stress and diet so i tried to change both of these and i still was suffering , been using these lovely products for couple months now and i literally love them ! my skin is so much better cleaner and smooth and the spots are going practically already gone , so I'm a very happy lady! i would defo recommend these to anyone there all natural animal friendly what have you got to loose and your be helping a small business which i doubt will be small for long . thankyou for your products ive just brought the reset face mask and the heal and glow ointment and got a green tea konjac sponge free xx
