Wanted to write a review as I read reviews before purchasing and there are so few I wasnt sure of the reputation of the company. I would not hesitate to recommend facesilk! 🙂. I ordered an eyemask for my son to give to me for my birthday. It was at a brilliant price in the sale.
I had a query and received a kind & helpful reply from Alyssa. My order arrived promptly in good packaging with a useful zip lock bag.
The eye mask is of gorgeous quality & silk inside too, unlike other eye masks I looked at which were filled with nasty polyester. I look forward to putting it on before bed, feels like luxury. Whether it slows down my crows feet remains to be seen but I'd happily buy from facesilk again. Thank you!

Ordered the French rose pillow cases. Received plain light pink. Very slow customer service refuses to pay to return. Admits to sending inferior product. Even took the time to order a French rose scrunchie to be sure of the color first. Super angry. Look elsewhere.

Awful one didn’t come and I still had to pay international duty one came defective and they want me to pay shipping to send defective back. Not only is shipping long the customer service department takes a long time to respond and the responses are useless if looking for an amazing silk mask use the brand slip 1000% better

I have been ordering silk masks throughout the lockdown (the quality are amazing, and they look stunning too) and the delivery was always super quick.

I ordered silk pillows from them as a Christmas present for my parents during the Black Friday sale. After 3 weeks I realised they hadn’t arrived. I emailed the help team and within four days I had received a new order sent out special delivery. (Mine has been lost by Royal Mail!)

The speed of communication, friendly and speedy service was amazing. Will always use this company for any silk needs in future! Great small Buisness!

I’m so sorry but their international delivery is very terrible.
It took more than 2 months to arrive and I also had to pay more when arrived at the post office.

I got a black silk face mask from face silk. I suffer from roseaca and break outs, when I am stressed and work 13 hour shifts in the hospital wearing blue disposable masks which I have to wear, mu skin breaks out.

This mask I recieved fr face sill, feels like I not wearing a mask , people can hear what I am saying. My face does not breakout. Favouire mask 100% silk. Do.comfy elegant. 5 stars from me.

The masks themselves are great!All their products are made from high quality materials.
I removed the nose straps from the masks, because they fitted perfectly in my face without them.I suggest to iron the masks before wearing!
What I want to point out though, is the EXCELLENT customer service this company has.They value and respect their clients, and this shows!Whatever you may need, just send them an email and they will sort it out immediately.

Bought three facemasks from facesilk. The straps were way too large for my adult face.
Thankfully the customer service team were happy to exchange for three equivalent masks that were adjustable.
The website does not make it clear which masks are adjustable unless you scroll through the photos of each individual item - which is time consuming and a little annoying. This could be improved. Perhaps a clear name would help.
The adjustable masks themselves are the best I've used have saved me from "mascne" and my skin has had no problems since converting to these.
I also found that only one nose wire was supplied with the adjustable masks - (even though the ones I sent back originally had come with spares).
The nose wires broke within a couple of days of wear (having been used all day for work) which was disappointing. However I messaged FaceSilk on facebook and some extra nose wires were delivered to me free of charge.
I have a lot of praise and respect for the customer service but think there could be room for improvement by some forward thinking.

My face mask was received quickly and in beautiful packaging. I have recommended it to several friends as it is so comfortable to wear. The spare nose clip is wonderful and being able to remove it for washing is very helpful. The follow up e-mail with aftercare instructions was a great idea.

These masks are super high quality and the shipping was really fast. The silk is so smooth and feels amazing on my face. I was so happy I found them!

Having searched for a comfortable and stylish face covering for some time, I have at last have found the ideal mask. The fabric is of high quality, the workmanship is first class, and made in the UK gives a fast delivery timescale.

I now own 2 and intend buying a third. As a bonus customer service is excellent.
