The graphics are excellent, FREE downloads and explanations.

Obviously this sites material is presented with a lot of work and experience. There are a lot of "guitar" teachers on the internet yet my recommendation would be to use this site through, move from lesson to lesson and then if need be go on to a different style of music, a different site, a style you want to master.

The graphics are excellent, FREE downloads and explanations. I warm up with a scale, arpeggio. whatever on my phone screen. Nice touch by the webmaster.

I am a boomer, have been fooling with guitar since before most here were born and continue to learn, styles, approaches, theory and on and on. FaChords is a nice approach, a bit "european" and that's a nice way to dig some chops you might not have experience with.

Keep up the good work

Appreciation

I've been receiving the news letters/lessons for well over a year now and have really been impressed with the clarity and depth of these.
I had been happy with just knowing a couple of dozen chords to accompany myself and friends, but the material has stimulated a desire to expand my guitar playing ability.
Thanks Gianca.

Just picking up the guitar for the…

Just picking up the guitar for the first time so most of the information is over my head. FaChords gives very detailed information which I have referred to on many occassions. I think that FaChords would be a treasure for some more experienced than myself, but I will continue visiting FaChords.

I've been to a number of guitar sites: this is my pick for #1

I've been to a number of guitar sites, paid for online lessons, bought books. I've gotten more out of Gianca's site than any other. He has a no-nonsense approach that builds your knowledge step-by-step, many excellent documents on a wide variety of guitar subjects, and some unique and useful online tools - some of them can be played like a video game! Most everything is free, but he has two extremely useful documents on chords and chord progressions that are more than worth the money. I do not think you will find an online resource better than fachords.com!

This guy is a great teacher

This guy is a great teacher. Most of his pdf based instruction,, is easy to follow, he has set up a fantastic, professional website which you can use for free. He starts at the basics of music theory (major Minor, aug, dim) scale aka intervals between notes,) chord triads, sevenths, relative, natural, harmonic minor differences. How different styles of music use different interval formulae and escalates all the way up to modulating around micro tonal keys. He's passionate about music and I feel this is a labour of love for him. He is also NOT the sort of teacher that will explain half a concept and ask for your wallet in order to continue. He is well worth making the effort to sign up to. I have learnt a lot from him for absolutely free, including the dreaded circle of fifths!
