Scamsters!!

I placed order 24th November received tracking into in had been shipped from Denver, regular updates then it appeared to sit in Cardiff, Uk from 22nd December. Emailed support who sent a different tracking number showing item have been sent from Shenzhen, emailed back asking where it had shipped from to be fobbed off that the shipping company had sent wrong tracking number. Emailed another week later for update to be told it was on way as normal, tracking info changed within 20 mins of me emailing them?? Convenient, then updates today as delivered and to check with neighbours or post office if I haven’t received it. I’ve been working at front door all morning and no-one has been near. I’ve emailed them back but expect to be ignored. Applied to bank for money back

Scam

I would give minus stars if I could.

My mum requested a decorative piece as a gift and linked me to their website. I ordered it for her.

When it arrived, the quality was so poor it looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. If it wasn’t falsely advertised, I would never have purchased it. I have complained to the company who refuse to refund me because they “sent the correct item”.

Absolutely disgusting service. Total frauds. Do not fall for the scam like I did.
