Absolute horrendous support
Absolute horrendous support, at the start when I purchased the vps, it was all so easy and good, then it started having maintenance issues, yet I stayed patient. More maintenance issues occurred but I still stayed patient. After that, the server suddenly shut down with no reason, I had a ticket open and wrote in there as I had a partner who normally pays for stuff and I operate them, yet they refused to provide me roles and permissions even tho my partner exquisitely said he has no time, and I’ve said it multiple times too. My server now has been down for almost 2 days, they’re refusing to give me support in a discord ticket , and I can’t even go on the website to open an actual ticket. It’s a bunch of egoistical owners honestly, not recommended.

However, moving forward with the business we no longer offered assistance via discord tickets or any other platform besides our website for our clients safety. As you mentioned you were a partner and not the original account owner or product buyer, we were unable to help you or answer and of your tickets related to a service that wasn't linked to you. For future reference you can add a sub-user on the website to manage the main users account.
Server fixed and was messed up
I messed up my server and Jakeup went out of his way and fixed it and when I was busy he backed up my old server and moved all of my stuff to the new one so I’m fully satisfied with the outcome of my server vps panel thank you so much.
