John was a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciated his support with our property purchase. We had a number of questions up front which John was happy to answer prior to proceeding and he was very clear about the differences between the types of survey being offered (HomeBuyers vs Structural Survey) which enabled us to make an informed choice based on the type of property we were buying.
We were able to come and meet John at the property towards the end of his survey and he pointed out the key issues he had identified and provide assistance on how we could best discuss these with the vendor. He also listened to what our plans for the house were and provide some other points we would want to consider when thinking about extension plans.
John was always very prompt in responding to emails and happy to get on the phone to discuss questions. All in all, an excellent service provided at a very competitive price.
