Had a few small glitches trying to get my order in and contacted the company with my issue and they promptly straightened it out. I have now successfully downloaded the PDF and I have browsed through it and it seems to be thorough and a resource I could not find anywhere else. I would buy again from this company. After my purchase the file I initially downloaded did not work correctly. I could not see the table of contents and all the hyperlinks did not work. I thought I had gotten ripped off. Surprisingly the factory manual folks responded to my emails and after a few exchanges they sent me another link for a file that works just as advertised. I initially gave a one star review but after this experience I am happy they stood by their product and worked with me till the issue was resolved!

No hyperlink even if they state that there is on their website page which is ESSENTIAL with a 11k pages file. No refund for digital product. Avoid at all cost

I have to say, i was skeptical as most probably are, but the old days of hard copies are gone and we need a solid solution that isn't $1000 but reliable like the OEM FSMs. I read about Factory-Manuals.com on the F-150 forums and had positive feedback, and the owner actually joined the thread and was answering questions at what seemed with honestly. Additionally, another credible forum user posted screenshots of what he had received that actually looked like from a digital FSM. So for the price, I tried it thinking worst case I don't lose much.

The process was simple and had email followups promptly. Within a 2 days, I received my notification in email my file was ready. I downloaded it easy and without issue. Upon opening, It works as promoted with indexing features and thankfully as this extensive pdf is in excess of 16,000 pages! It is extremely detailed, and appears as if it was sourced thru the Ford factory in a legit and legal way no less.

All I can say is thank you! To the potential folks on the fence, please give it a try. They is your VIN so the manual is specifically detailed to your vehicle (another feature of the OE online FSM's for accuracy and I know this from using Audi's Bentley system for over 10 years) and BTW this is WAY easier, portable as you can copy to flash drives, and also printable.

I was initially skeptical about this website initially because there are many shady ones. I wrote to their customer service prior to buying and Steve answered my questions within hours of my email. I ordered a manual for my 2022 Kia Seltos. It was available to me around the 24 hrs mark. The manual is authentic, detail, and complete. Nearly 3000 pages due to the three model variants of my car. All are available to me. I am very happy with the purchase and can recommend it.

The manual we received from Factory-Manuals.com includes solutions for all the things which were unclear in other manuals and much, much more than the so-could "how-to" videos on the internet. The information is accurate and to the point, we could not believe all the resolved questions.

I was skeptical at first, but this turned out to be a great website. The manual has everything I need. Customer service was great and got back to me right away when I couldn't find the wiring diagrams at first. If you need a great manual for your vehicle at a reasonable price, this is the place to get it.

I just purchased a manual for a Ford Escape. Some of the hyper links were not working, so i emailed the contact email and got a prompt helpful reply. After updating my Adobe reader to the latest version things are now working better. The print outs in the new Adobe allow printing a Current View which is better but still not great. The download process is a bit unusual but if you follow the instructions eventually the Download Button Appears and can download your manual. Generally looks like good value.

I been looking all over for online schematics for our 2016 Accent to fix a pesky ground issue, but lot of the online manuals are by subscription. Then I ran upon Factory Manuals where I can just purchase the .pdf out right. After a year of just digging on my own to no avail, I opted for the 4-6 hour option on a Sunday afternoon, the manual arrived and I fixed the issue within 30 mins. Well worth the cost as I will always have the manual available for any future issues! Thank you.

I ordered the C4 manual , a good manual but didn't cover exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for specific troubleshooting for a 1995 LT-1. Sent a email , not the nicest to be honest. Alan replied , I explained what I was looking for , a low and behold he sent me two more links and I found what I was looking for. He didn't have to do that , especially without asking me for payment , but he did.I am very happy with the service and communication. When I need another manual ,this is where I'm going. At first I was hesitant. I purchased a manual for my Acura TSX. You will receive a confirmation Email, then the next day, ( for me, I purchased late at night) you will get a Dropbox link to download the manual. The manual has shortcuts in the table of contents that jump you to the page you want. Adobe allows you to add bookmarks and rename them.
I am completely satisfied. Will buy again if needed for another vehicle.

The premise and the website appeared a little sketchy, but I bit the bullet and ordered the manual for a 2019 Subaru. It arrived on time and as promised, and downloaded without a hitch. Very useful info, archived on my computer where I can get to it whenever I like.

The PDF file is nearly 8,000 pages, so it is completely impractical to print out -- but it has a hierarchical table of contents and is text-searchable. I'm sure I'll use it for many years to come.

For common jobs like oil changes, YouTube is your friend -- but for anything outside the ordinary, there's nothing like having an official shop manual with the as-built specs, procedures, and part numbers.

What you're buying is a *service* -- acting as your agent, they sign up to your manufacturer's maintenance subscription site, and "manually" (probably via script) download the entire service manual page by page, and collate it into a PDF that you can save. Part of your fee goes to paying the manufacturer for access to the information, so it's not piracy -- you are buying (via the pass-through to your car's manufacturer) the right to view and use the information in the manual, they just compile it into an easier-to-use form.

The service is well worth it.
