They built a factory workshop manual for my late-model Ford. The pdf format is more convenient than the limited use web version from the manufacturer. Shall you require support; they are responsive and helpful. I recommend Factory-Manual’s service.

I purchased the 2015 Kia Cerato wiring diagrams. They are all that I expected. I did not pay for urgent delivery. They emailed me with the download link within 24 hours. Download was easy and I'm happy with my purchase.

Delivered the whole Subaru OEM service manual as promised. Be patient because they need 12-24 hours to render the PDF. 100% I'll be using these guys to get more manual for other cars.

The OEM Helm manual uses hopelessly obsolete technology and the on-subscription is pricey for occasional use - Factory-manuals is pretty slick for buying the 3-day on-line access and downloading all the page into a normal PDF, including basic bookmarking.

It was not obvious to me the procedure, so it took some back-and-forth to get sorted out. In the end, I got the downloads fine. Casually looking through the PDFs, they look sufficient but not quite as crisp as, say, pieces of Dodge manual uploads I've gotten on-line to support my other car. The wiring diagrams are mostly terse pictures of connectors, but do include important terminal identification.

Overall, I would say Factory-Manuals is better than the Ford/Helm offering. I'm happy with the product for "curating" Expedition - for diagnosis and understanding the depth of repair needed.

The service was fast. The manual received was very complete, and seems to completely match my model / year. I am glad someone is in this business of providing good manuals for all of us, as factory manuals, through the dealerships, seem nearly impossible to get otherwise these days, valuable service indeed.

Everything is there just as you would expect in a shop manual but it is missing an an index that ties the page number of the pdf to the section in the manual

What I did was take about an hour and made my own in an excel/word/txt document. It requires some upfront time but it will save a lot of time in the future.

None of the hot links work in the manuals. They blame it on the car manufacture. I know thats not correct. Hate companies that are dishonest.

The document which I bought is as expected...and more. Worth all the money.

After a bit of frustration with TIS and after a good deal of help from a Tech person at the Factory-Manuals web site I was able to open, view and actually use the manual for my 2020 4Runner.
