Regarding our shipping location, our factory locations span the US, Mexico, and overseas to ensure we provide the best quality custom window coverings. While we are a US-based company, we don't state that all products ship from Florida, as our production location depends on the specific blind type ordered.
In terms of timing, because your blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications, they do take a bit longer than 'off-the-shelf' products. You placed your order on March 17th, and it is currently scheduled for delivery on April 1st. This is in line with the average production and shipping time we quote on our website.
Regarding your tracking: when items ship from our international facilities, sometimes there is a few-day gap where the status doesn't update while the package is in transit to the local hub. Once it clears, you should see it move very quickly.
