We ordered some outdoor blinds for our deck area - there was a great variety to choose from on the website but they actually had exactly what we needed which we were so happy about as it meant we didn't have to go the expensive and time consuming route of getting custom blinds.
In fact, the whole process was unbelievably quick - we ordered and they delivered in just over 48hrs!
We're very happy with the quality, they were easy to put together and install.
10/10 guys!

Misleading product title and no return option
Their 'memory foam' dog mattress is part normal foam and part memory foam. It does not specify the ratio but going by rhe weight of the mattress and it a behaviour, I don't think there is much memory foam in those mattresses despite being advertised as 'memory foam' beds.
Furthermore, as they come commercially vacuum packed in small packages, you cannot return the item unless you have a commercial vacuum machine to package the mattress so small that it fits back into the box it came in
Total joke and misleading advertising of their product. Would not recommend purchasing there.

Palermo Recliner Electric Chair
Prompt delivery, reasonably easy to assemble. And everything works. What more could I ask for. Extremely good quality for this price point and better than i imagined it would be. I'm very happy with this recliner. The massage and heat functions are a bonus as well. The massage program has more function variety than i expected and can be adjusted to your individual needs. Haven't tried the heat function yet as its just end of Summer but i expect to give it a workout this winter.
It's nice to see an Aussie company suppling a great product at a reasonable cost.

Flag pole
The flag pole that I purchased is of very poor quality, the slip together joins in the aluminium pole are very sloppy and cause the pole to rattle in the wind. The flag supplied is extremely poor quality. I am using a good quality flag, not the one supplied.

I purchased a double wooden clothes…
I purchased a double wooden clothes rack with a cloth basket, the basket had a rip in it and half the screws to put up the clothes rack were missing, mistakes happen, the company was swift to call me and organise a full refund, whilst allowing me to keep the rack, I can fix what’s missing and ripped.
I have to say what a great response and resolution. Very impressed.
