I purchased from them.

They sent an unusable download, not a pdf. After a quick follow up, they sent me a pdf.

It has page breaks in the middle of diagrams, and the hyperlinks are not useful. TOC Poorly organized for a manual supposedly tailored to my VIN. I've purchased other PDF manuals before. This one is sub-standard and unusable. I don't trust that step 3 of an oil change is to drop the oil pan, which is the next page after step 1.

I was offered a store credit but no refund.

If I had known diagrams spanned multiple pages, and that the hyperlinks were poorly designed (on the following page from the actual underlined portion), I would have passed. Maybe someone else will see this caution and avoid the mistake I recieved.

Your gesture of goodwill was not appreciated. The manual is substandard and not helpful. If you want to review the oil change procedure, just look it up on the file you sent me. Well, one of the four.

I am not a satisfied customer, and (not that you care) will buy from this site again.

Easy to use website, simple payment and fast feedback

Please be careful. The company does not disclose what file types they will send prior to your purchase. I attempted to resolve admin at factory manuals and received a quick response. However, the response was you can pay $99 to receive it in a pdf. and very much the impression of you received a file and its your problem. I highly recommend using a different company that will provide support and fair customer resolution.

I base my review on (a) the comprehensive nature of the document provided by FactoryManuals and (b) the quick and professional customer service provided by their staff. I was very pleased with both of these. What kept me from awarding FactoryManuals 5 stars was the complexity of the product they provide.

After purchasing the manual, I was provided a link to download an RTF file with instructions on how to download the document. I am not sure why these instructions couldn't just have been in an email. It was tricky to get the RTF file correctly but I finally managed and it led to a download of an OVA file. I had never heard of this document format and I was told I had to download a reader. Then, it turns out that reader doesn't work on Mac computers so I couldn't open the file. Eventually, I was provided a link for the PDF version of the manual and that worked fine.

Throughout the extended back-and-forth the staff were quick to reply and helpful. It's just a bit frustrating that this process of getting a readable manual took so many steps.

Alan was very helpful in clarifying what I would receive. I did not know if I'd receive PDFs or other format. Received PDFs and HTML files plus indexes 24 hours after submitting my order. These were a large download, about 2 GB, via a link provided. Thank you Alan for being clear and straightforward.

Quick response and quality of the manuals!

Order #15115 was super easy to place and I received my factory manual within an hour of ordering. I was expecting it within 24 hours, so the fast service was a welcome surprise. The manual itself is huge but easy to navigate and full of all necessary information.

Purchase was nice and easy, I even had a problem with finding certain information and Alan reached out to me and showed me the index feature on their manuals. I highly recommend.

They helped me with some things that I needed. Customer service was fast too

I bought a service manual from them and it did not include the critical torque specs. Can't perrform any critial engine or transmission work without torque specs. They cant offer any other solution than a credit but what good does that do if it doesnt include the proper info. Not a real oem manual.

I was looking incessantly for a great comprehensive manual, great service and they assisted me in two types of manuals. Very fast service!!!

I cannot believe some of the reviews, I ordered a manual for my new Hyundai Santa Fe, got the download link a little later, and downloaded over 4000 pages of the factory manual.
It would be nice if there was an index, but otherwise
all looks great

Alan Davis was very helpful in helping me get the file to open on my computer.

I had a compatability issue during the download. Was utilizing an older computer with out of date software. Once I switched everything to the latest programs, such as adobe everything flowed very smoothly. very impressive program. The rep worked with me and was extremely helpful.

I read great reviews!
However, the experience has left me, for the rare time, to NOT TRUST THEM. Failed in providing me with the correct manual. They asked the simple query of what car, what year and the VIN plate. The VIN plate is specific to the exact car, year, model and specific features to that car (facelift, non-facelift etc). YET, they still cant provide me with the correct manual. I've asked for a refund, I've yet to receive one or YET to receive a manual for my car. SURELY IT CAN'T BE THIS HARD!!!
Last message! I've paid them, and have received a service manual or a vehicle I don't own!!. Ive been RIPPED OFF!!!! They have since stopped responding in my request to provide a manual that is for my car (not difficult). READ THEIR REFUND POLICY (they take your money and dont need to provide you with ANY correct information !!) Read it!
