Love fmg always get my graphics from here, best quality, great customer service yes it takes awhile to come but people need to remember its specially made and when it comes its worth the wait

If I could leave a 0 star review I would , I ordered my graphics on the 17th of march to which I was told I would have an approval sent in 24 hours it didn’t arrive until the 24th of march I then approved the design the same day to which I was told dispatch would be 5-8 working days , I still haven’t received anything and have had no refund, I contacted them multiple times the first time the replied saying yes we will send you’re item tomorrow and now they’ve ignore all further emails of me trying to get hold of them to find out what’s going on and now I’m sick of it and just want a refund as I found another company to which I messaged Monday and they have my graphics printed and going out today which is a 3 day turn around

Absolutely disgusting service weeks on end constant emails being ignored empty promises and weeks later still no graphics absolutely disgrace steer as clear as you can * update graphics arrived wouldn’t say I’m pleased with the service or time it took however the quality and print is ok

Would give 0 stars if possible. horrible customer service, ordered my product over 4 weeks ago. Sent them 13 emails because you can't call them. They never sent my graphics I paid 200$ for. Responded 2x to my 13 messages telling me they would be shipped the next day- weeks pass by and still not shipped. Ignoring all my emails. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Would not recommend. Thiefs and liars. Look up their reviews before ordering as that was my mistake and nearly 99% of people experience my same issue.

The worst company to buy from it’s been nearly a month and still haven’t received any thing, on there website it says 5-7 working days I’m at a point now where I have to raise this issue with my bank to get a refund as I haven’t recieved anything and all communication from them have stopped
Just to give you and idea I order with them 13 march and today is the 11th April

Terrible customer service! Do Not respond to emails. Lie about when your order is shipping out. Take your money supply nothing. Shit company cant get product , cant get refund, cant get an answer.pretty much sums it up.

2 x Orders made, No orders delivered, No communication and the communication I did get was slow and incorrect and , I tried to cancel the order several times and no response. Have now started a claim with my bank to get my money back. Absolutely the worst MX company I have ever dealt with!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online, I ordered a restyle kit in November 2025, it is now April 2nd 2026 and I have received a total of 2 emails from them in the last 6 months with updates on the order, it took 4 months for them to tell me what I ordered wasn't in stock, then they proceed to switch the order to the next best thing and "guarantee it will be shipped out next week" and that was 4 weeks ago lol. Never heard from them again.

Ordered swingarm decals which said would be delivered in 8-10days. It’s been over 2 months sent many emails and just getting blanked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS. Absolute terrible company what can possibly take over 2 months to print 2 strips of stickers. STAY AWAY

Ordered a graphics kit for my bike on the 16th march, its not turned up and my emails are not being responded too, there is not a phone number to contact them on either very poor service having to peruse them through my bank to get a refund of £148

I ordered graphics for my 2025 crf250f. Great quality and fit perfect on the bike. I've installed a lot of graphics and these went on very smooth

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS. I ordered 2 months ago $500 and still don’t have my order, they won’t answer no emails or anything. Do not waste ur money

Still no item and 1 reply from the company to say my order would be shipped on Tuesday (2 days ago) and I would receive tracking number as soon as it shipped yet I haven’t received tracking number and still no communication from company

Ordered a sticker kit 4 weeks ago under the impression that it would be with me in 8-10 days. Money was taken immediately from my bank account yet when I go on their website it says I have no previous orders and no tracking numbers. I have emailed the company and wrote to them on Facebook and haven’t got a response from either places. Can someone get back to me asap and tell me where my order is?!

Placed an order at the beginning of February, they sent proofs of wrong year of bike, as no cost had been incurred I ask for a refund and was denied. Still waiting for any kind of communication since.
No way to call them and they don’t respond in a timely manner
