Only 4 of the 8 packages were delivered today. When asked, the delivery drivers said that they were only due to deliver 6 packages today, but only had 4 on the van.
However the team at Factory Weights followed up on the escalation very quickly the next day and the remaining items were all delivered pretty quickly.

ordered the 32kg Adjustable Loadable Dumbbells. Exactly what I wanted. I'm a member of a gym but as I am getting stronger my home weights weren't enough anymore and I really didnt want the expense of buying loads of dumbells and a rack. So this was the perfect solution. Also Customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you all st Factory Weights 😀💪

Ordered the Cadio bundle and a few bits of other equipment. Andrew from Factory weights, dropped me a WhatsApp to confirm my order. Delivery was prompt.

There was a slight issue with the bike, I sent a video, Andrew immediately responded and sent a replacement bike within a day.

Cannot fault the equipment or the service.

Great quality Olympic dumbbell with good knurling. Handle is a good size, I use it with fat gripz and fat gripz extreme for 1 arm deadlifts to improve my grip, which fit perfectly on them. Very fast delivery. Recommend!

I orderd the wrong size by mistake before the order was sent i rang customer service and they sorted the correct size..

Ordered the cast iron full set.

Unfortunately the 25s and 20 plates are heavily chipped and scratched.

The delivery was smooth and everything else was fantastic. But I’ll now have to replace or switch these plates.

I’m really happy with everything I’ve bought from FW the quality is amazing I’ve bought from other companies etc before but I can definitely say I’m amazed by the speed of delivery and the way everything is securely packed I’ve just recently bought the FW jammer arms and was surprised that they have rollers for ease of movement up and down the rack I was expecting just a plastic lining I can definitely recommend these to everyone who’s looking for a quality pair of jammer arms. I will be buying most of my equipment from them. I forgot about the amazing prices and sales definitely worth a look.
