I had a great experience buying from factory weights, the weights I purchased are well priced, very well made and look great. Dispatch was quick, I received everything the next day.
Highly recommended.

Weights arrived well packaged and look good but the blue (2kilo?) weights had not had the Factory Weights logo painted in white like the others so appeared unfinished.

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish

We used Factory Weights for our full gym refit last year and I honestly could not recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful, supportive and easy to deal with. A full build naturally comes with the odd teething problem, but every single one was handled quickly, calmly and professionally. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Their communication was excellent throughout. They were kind, positive and solution focused at every stage, which makes a huge difference when you are investing in something as important as your gym space.

The equipment looks fantastic and has completely elevated our facility, but what really stands out is the people behind the company. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

If you are considering a gym build or upgrade, I would not hesitate to recommend Factory Weights.

Ordered a pair of adjustable dumbbells, but unfortunately the one arrived damage. Contacted Factory Weights and they dispatched the replacement parts in 24 hours. Great service with no questions.
Products are good quality as well and have been a great addition to my garage gym.

The best prices around for the basics which are of high quality. I'd always used a competitor with orange and black products, but so glad I gave FW a try. The cast iron oly plates I ordered are pleasingly thin, well finished and are accurate according to our scales. Delivery was fast and cheap, and they arrived bang on time as per the text they sent to state when the delivery would arrive. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

Recently completed a purchase with Factory Weights for a new set of cast iron plates and barbell.
Other than the excellent quality of the products received, the customer service (cheers to John!) was outstanding.
Minor issue with one plate not being delivered, but after one email this was sorted and I received said item within 48 hours.
Will definitely use FW again for future home gym purchases.
