I do not like any company that makes you jump through 30 hoops to return an item you cannot return it on their website. You cannot get a return label without them sending it to you and after six emails and waiting for multiple days I still have not received a return label. I’ve only received an email telling me that they’re gonna charge me 10% restock fee along with a re-shipping fee and I will have to wait weeks to get that. I did not see this policy anywhere on their website. I would be aware and watch ordering stuff from this place.

Absolute con. Whilst paying for 1 T-shirt an advert popped up to buy another at a reduced price. Took up the offer and then found out that they charged me postage twice. Contacted them and they pretty much said it was my fault & that they couldn’t refund me even though they were sending them together. Absolute con artists. Very unprofessional and left me very unhappy

It took over 40 days to deliver, wouldn’t let me cancel at the 20 day mark. I tried having them reroute the package but they didn’t help. After disputing the charge, they reverse disputed. So I had to pay 30 dollars for a shirt I never received. Awful business with awful customer service. Do not do business with.

Have still not yet shipped my order, 3 weeks have passed. They "try to stay clear" of all my mails about cancelling the order.

Came in faster than they said. Great product. Print quality top notch.

My t shirt arrived in the estimated delivery time in perfect condition. The quality of the shirt itself is great, and the print is phenomenal. I can't wait to wear it! This was my first purchase with fahotee, but it definitely won't be my last.

Ordered July 1 and it was here by July 24. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, I have no complaints with the time it took to receive my shirt. It is a good quality shirt and I will definitely order from this company again.

Ordered a shirt on June 22. My order shipped July 27 and has taken almost a week to get from IN to MS. As of yesterday it was supposedly in my small town’s sort facility but now it’s apparently 100 miles away in Jackson. Tracking says it’ll be here in four days. I’m not holding my breath. I get that COVID has slowed things down but we’re going on 6 weeks and it isn’t here. Unacceptable. I won’t order from them again.

The price is wonderful and the jersey is good quality. It took a little time to arrive but that is not surprising due to the crisis. They emailed occasionally to assure me they had not forgotten.

This is a very well-made shirt of generous proportions. The material is high quality, the colors are vibrant, and it’s message is an important one lovingly presented. I will definitely order from Fahotee again.
