Mitch attended for a smoke alarm upgrade at my property. Explained thoroughly how all the new alarms work and had clear communication throughout what was happening. Hugely appreciated.

Hewer did everything they could. I had no hot water and heating for two weeks. The team did as much as they could to help us. The engineer that came out stayed over 7 hours to make sure I wasn't left without for any longer.

Ryan Gough was Fantastic! Explained everything from start to finish helped me understand how to do my hot water and heating easily! Cleaned up after himself. Fantastic!!

The electrician came out to fit me new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector. He was really helpful and courteous and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend. Thank you Jake .

Very professional job done cleaned up afterwards and used foot covers, covered my furniture. Very pleased with work carried out.

I have had to call out emergency for two occasions concerning the boiler and radiators
First time was this afternoon for the heating g and later this evening for a leaking radiator that I had not realised when first called
Darren arrived within 30 minutes of my call to Bromford and has managed to fix my mums heating and replacing ed pipe work late this evening. Exceptional service and such a polite and humble person. Very good job.

Our first dealings with Hewer - our heat pump broke down and the company that fit it and have maintained it well to date, had no availability.
I rang the office and spoke to Isobelle who was very understanding of our needs (a vulnerable resident and very low temperature outside). I was worried I would struggle to find an engineer who’d be willing to visit , not having fit the system but she arranged for someone to visit the same day!
The part took a while to arrive which was frustrating, but a supplier delay, not Hewers.
Greg the engineer returned within a day of the part arriving and was very efficient, polite and respectful.
Very glad to have found a firm I can trust in an emergency and would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position!

Mohammed has been brilliant today. His problems solving skills is beyond the roof. He did a quick diagnosis about my boiler issue and fixed within a short time. Very professional and respectful and he left my house tidy.

The company managed to fit us in at a very busy time for heating engineers, the engineer was very helpful and got the heating going after diagnosing the fault 👌

Came out to look at a boiler issue. Changed a few parts, then sorted my radiators…. What more could you want!! Excellent service and friendly chap!

Kenny came out to us yesterday to fix my boiler but wasn't aware that the part we needed was already ordered. He then came back today as he said he would and picked the part up before starting his work day and fixed it with no issues, the bonus is, he's not bothered about my hyperactive dog that constantly begs for attention either. It's not the first time he's been out to us and we always end up chatting whilst he's here. Safe to say, another positive experience and I now have a working boiler again. Thank you!!

Gas engineer turned up on time & completed job quickly

We were in desperate need of hot water when our boiler suddenly stopped working. Thankfully, this amazing engineer came out quickly and got it fixed in no time. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks to him, we had hot water again the same day! We’re so grateful for his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again.
