Aaron and his colleagues has been at my property since Monday we’ve had a few issues but that wasn’t anything that Aaron and his team couldn’t fix.. my new heating system is working great I can honestly say they all worked very hard here .. Lee Sheriff attended our property today and swiftly resolved a problem that’s been ongoing for over a year. He took the time to understand the issues we’ve been having with our central heating system and identified the issues. Replacing the pump was simple (we’ve been told several times this would be a tricky job due to its location!) and we hope he will be booked into return for the pipework! Many thanks Lee.

No heating or hot water from our fairly new Valient boiler. No pilot light. It turned out to be a faulty sensor.

We decided to move away from BG services for our annual boiler service and maintenance plan. After various internet searches we thought it would be best to go with a local company.
We’ve seen Hewer’s vans around the area for many years and having received a flyer about the services they offered, opted for their Failsafe Plan.
The engineer was booked for a morning visit. We received a phone call about 20 minutes before his arrival to advise he was on his way. He arrived as estimated and after a quick check on the system set to work on our boiler survey/service. He explained what he was doing and his initial findings. He was very professional, but friendly and helpful with his suggestions for getting the best out of our system.
We feel we’ve made the right choice with our selection and would be very happy to recommend him and Hewer’s to our friends and family.

Hi, on the 27-28/12/24 we had Bailey.B out to change our boiler after reoccurring heating and hot water problems, he ran into some problems with the system pressure and diagnosed these issues quickly and professionally. He replaced the boiler upstairs as well. We are happy to have a warm home again. Many thanks!

Matt, the service engineer, arrived on time and performed my heat pump annual service, taking the trouble to explain the system and the checks he performed. I was reassured he was experienced and thoroughly knew what he was he was doing. I will use Hewer for my central heating service in the future.

Grenville Holdsworth was great, he fixed my Ideal boiler and showed me how to adjust the pressure, answered all my questions and explained how the radiator valves work too. Very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and helpful, highly recommend!

My boiler broke down and the next day the engineer Mr Grenville Holdsworth came round and found the fault straight away. Because my boiler is older he had to order the parts. As soon as they were in he came back and fixed my boiler. He was very friendly and efficient and he showed me his identity card when he arrived to put me at ease. I am very happy about the fast excellent service Hewer provide and can highly recommend the Failsafeplan.
