I ordered and payed upfront an rehauled car engine. after more than a month its still not there. They said they shipped the engine on Jan 15th but one month later no engine. Every mail they just said its because of the weather the snow and the road conditions. That instead of DB Shenker they go with Rhenus because of that. But then I discover the reviews on Rhenus that are absolutely nightmarish... Not on Monday they claimed that my order will be delivered the same day but by Friday it was still not there. I emailed them again and they just said its delivered, which is not true.
Finaly after one month I got my delivery and the engine seems ok but the experience was horrible, I complained days ago and they didn't even bother answering yet. I would not recommend

I finally got to see the engine and although it looks good it is useless because it is not the right model, not even close. I don't get these peoples logic, why not steal directly instead of sending a useless engine? Also It seems Trustpilot has hidden bad reviews because when I ordered Fair-motors was not to be found on the platform and now since I posted it is all here especially .de I wonder where is .fr because it is obvious that they should appear on trust pilot to with nightmarish reviews. I'm changing my 2 stars review to one star

Now I filed a complaint and they refuse to exchange the engine saying its been more than 5 days since delivery (we are talking about €3800 plus tax)
