I had 'Chat' dialogue going with Fair Deal Music regarding the spec of a 2nd hand BKP Mule Pickup. The issue with BKPs is that they all look the same irrespective of model (there are no markings or labels on the underside). Likewise, they often get put in the wrong box by a previous owner. By the nature of my interest I was clearly a serious potential Buyer. I asked that the DC Resistance be checked and confirmed before buying. The Responder said they would get the Tech Guy to check it tomorrow and would get back to me. This did not happen and the next thing I see on their site is, it's out of stock. I sent a message saying "Thanks for getting back to me". To which, not only did I get no response but, the trail off messages were deleted. I was not impressed with this kind of service, or lack of service. I generally hate 'Chat' messaging at the best of times, this was a waste of my time and effort.

The Fair Deal guys are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had some good deals here in the past though this can be variable depending on who you’re dealing with.
As with most dealers it is difficult to find left handed guitars in stock and, although they have a variety of amp brands, there isn’t enough stock of popular items.
The website in particular is fairly poor compared to their competitors. Items are regularly shown as out of stock (what’s the point?) More information should be given on what is IN stock to avoid the impression that their stock levels are poor or stagnant.

Nice response to purchase inquiry from overseas. Mo handled all the logistics and "satisfaction delivered". Great job and applause from an American abroad.

Great service. The team set me up with an amp and were happy to let me test guitars! When I forgot to buy a strap for my new purchase and ran back at closing time, they reopened the doors they had just locked to help me find one. Outstanding!

This is the first time I have purhased from Fair Deal but it won't be the last. Service was great even though DHL let them down by failing to deliver on the delivery day! Got it next day though. Communication and information was excellent, as was the unbeatable price. Best I could find anywhere, and stopped me buying a pre-owned amp. Just great thanks.
