Excellent service and instrument!
Though my main contact was Tom, I had a couple of other questions answered by other members of staff who responded quickly and accurately before I decided to proceed further and engaged with Tom to finalise my acquisition.
All were incredibly helpful but Tom was always responsive and helped me in my decision and then my purchase.
The guitar was accurately described and is in excellent condition as described.
When it arrived without basic accessories, Tom ensured a new set was supplied directly to me.
Overall excellent service and would recommend Fair Deal Music.
