I made my order only to find quite a few days later that half of the order was out of stock. I messaged the retailer around three times and he didn’t get back to me for days. I asked how much the shipping would be before he shipped it. Sadly he got back to me again after a few days and said it’s been shipped and this is the price. So I didn’t even have a choice. Really bad service from the retailer, and all the stuff that was out of stock on his site is still showing. Will never use him again. Really poor customer service.

Didn’t get what I ordered and they can’t send me what I ordered so waste of time. Couple of items I ordered that did arrive were lovey but overall a poor experience. Won’t bother again.

Well worth checking for bulk purchases.
Easy to use, lots of choice - just research prices of some of the listed companies they weren't all good.
However, I was delighted with my pruchases and the companies I used.

Faire denied my purchase from one of their sellers, so I went directly to the seller’s own website and completed my order there. I was told by Faire they would not sell to me, which I accepted, I told them I went else where and I asked them to ensure I would not be charged.

Three days later, my listing for that EXACT product I was wanting to buy (which had been active in my shop for over 6 months without any issues) was suddenly reported and taken down.

The timing feels intentional, especially after I shared with them that I had already placed an order elsewhere after they denied me.

As a small business, this directly impacts my shop, and it’s disappointing to see actions taken that go beyond simply declining an order. I have shared this site on blogs, social media and with friends but I will definitely be updating. This experience has completely changed my perception and I will not be purchasing from or supporting Faire moving forward. I know with how big they are my small share won’t affect them but I hope anyone that’s reading this can relate to what it’s like to be a small business owner trying to grow. I am a single mother to an infant, and regardless of that, this happening to any small business is shameful.

It’s fantastic to have so many wholesalers in one place, choice is amazing. When you place your orders it is sent to the companies so quick it’s fantastic, my order was with me within 3 days - now that’s fast!

Shipping was fast and easy. The products are good quality.
