They came to give a quote which they did the same day, then arranged a date and then emailed me to see if they could start on the Monday.
I agreed and they came early and did a great job, all finished in one day.
I am so pleased with the job and its made the garden look larger, I would definately recommend them to anyone as they worked so hard.

I received my quote very quickly and as I know nothing about the process this was explained to me in great detail. The guys turned up bang on time and worked very hard in the heat.

Had my artificial grass replaced, the clean up was not the best and I contacted them about an issue the same day, I contacted them again a few weeks later asking for someone to come and look, I was promised they would but nothing, then I contacted them again 5 weeks later. It’s now 4 months since fitting and no one has bothered to get back to me as promised. Sad that after sales was poor.

On the hottest day of the year so far in a South facing garden Matt, Dave and Chris worked their socks off to give us a cracking new lawn.

They dug up the old grass lawn, carefully removed slabs that we wanted to re-use, dug out, laid a frame, laid hardcore, levelled out, laid membrane, laid artificial lawn and cleared up after themselves whilst being happy, cheerful, friendly and professional. They didn't stop, they were like machines! Six hours from start to finish - I just don't know how they do it.

They've done a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would happily recommend them and would certainly use them again for any other work I needed doing.

From the quote to the finished lawn, these guys are professional throughout.
Great time keeping, friendly and know what they are doing. They explained what they was doing all the way through the installation of the artificial Grass. Even when we thought there would be a problem due to one side of the neighbours fencing panels having a gap on our side they redesigned the original plans and sorted the problem.

We have always wanted artificial grass and we are so glad we used Fairlawns.
