I strongly advise caution when dealing with this platform.
I submitted a withdrawal that was marked as “failed.” Support then emailed me instructing me to cancel it and resubmit using the same wallet as my last successful withdrawal. I followed their instructions exactly, using the same wallet address they themselves referenced.
After full compliance, my withdrawal has been left pending indefinitely, and support has now gone completely silent. No explanation, no timeline, no response despite claiming withdrawals would be “processed without delays.”
This pattern is extremely concerning:
They ask you to take corrective steps
You comply fully
Funds are still withheld
Support stops responding
From my experience, this behavior appears deceptive and resembles a scam. If a platform can’t process withdrawals after users follow all stated rules and then ignores them that’s a serious red flag.
Until this is resolved and funds are released, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
Use extreme caution.
