Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 26 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the product, often describing it as a subtle yet powerful statement that is lovely, small, and sits well on the wrist. Many appreciate the delicate chain and shiny cross, noting its classy appearance and how well it matches other jewelry. Reviewers also highlight the significant meaning behind the bracelet and the positive impact of their purchase, as it helps Christian families in need and contributes to a good cause. However, some customers mentioned that the actual size of the cross was smaller than depicted in examples or advertised, and one person reported not receiving a response after sharing their experience. Additionally, a few noted that while the branded bags were a nice touch for gifts, multiple bracelets were sometimes packaged in a single bag.

Good product which I wear most days. Although it did take several weeks to arrive, the company did let me know part way through the wait that my order was delayed. I would order from them again.

I bought the cross bracelet

I bought the cross bracelet, Gold one, that is inscribed with the word 'chosen' I look at that word and am reminded, that God called me, that I didn't call him, but that he chose me. He chose me for his purpose. I pray that the purpose of buying and wearing this bracelet, will be adding to the service of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

An expression of pure simplicity

The added bonus of purchasing this bracelet is that it gives to those in need. I bought both the silver and gold. Its pure simplicity makes it a powerful yet subtle affirmation of Faith and a constant reminder of our mission in honoring God by following the example of Jesus.

I decided to take the plunge with the bracelet and I was not disappointed. Whilst some claim the size is small I am happy that is so; to be clear the small acknowledgment of your giving to support persecuted Christian’s is powerful in itself. I am so glad I contributed in a small way to relieve their suffering.

Great Product, but Communication and Packaging Details Could Be Clearer

I purchased three Faithborn bracelets on 23 April and received them on 18 May. During that time, I contacted customer service several times because I was concerned my order may have been lost. They replied and reassured me that the delay was due to a surge in orders and said the bracelets would arrive, which I appreciated.

When the bracelets arrived, all three were packaged in a single woven Faithborn bag. One bracelet was for myself and the other two were gifts for close friends. Fortunately, those friends are a couple, so sharing one bag worked out perfectly.

I have been considering placing another order for five Faithborn bracelets, along with one silver and one gold bracelet for myself. The five bracelets would be gifts for individual friends, so I contacted Faithborn a few times to ask whether additional woven bags could be purchased separately. I think the branded bags add a nice touch when giving the bracelets as gifts.

Unfortunately, I have not received a response to those enquiries. While I appreciate that this may seem like a minor issue, customer communication is important to me, and without clarification on the packaging, I will likely hold off on placing another order for now.

Overall, I like the bracelets themselves. They aren’t as big as some of the pictures posted, but they are still very nice. And I like them

I bought two Faithborn bracelets

I bought two Faithborn bracelets, it did take a while to arrive and the cross is smaller than advertised, although it is lovely with the word Chosen engraved on the cross. Also it was worth buying for the great cause for each bracelet bought!. I would recommend the bracelets.

Special Mother's Day gift from my daughter!

I love the delicate chain of the bracelet and the shiny cross - it looks very classy and the silver color matches my other jewelry. This was a gift from my daughter. Knowing that her purchase helps persecuted Christians is an added bonus!
