It was great at the beginning for over the past couple months. It has constantly went down every day and they delete tickets which never happened so I will be looking for another streaming app.

This review is for the IPTV provider operating under the name FaithHosting.net, which appears to be a customer‑facing alias for a backend service running under therocksolid.online. Support emails, the ticket system, and the Purple app all reference the “Rock” branding, indicating the same operator behind multiple names.
I asked straightforward questions about supported apps and where service updates are posted. Instead of receiving clear answers, I was given contradictory explanations — including claims that “Amazon is blocking apps” even though their own Purple app works on the same device.
When I asked for clarification, my entire support ticket was deleted without resolving anything. The follow‑up response was openly hostile, telling me to “take business elsewhere” instead of addressing the questions.
The combination of inconsistent information, deleted tickets, and dismissive communication makes it difficult to trust the service. Anyone considering this provider should be aware of the lack of transparency and the unprofessional support experience
