Ordered many times from this brand and had no trouble. Then I'm waiting for a order and it's been more then 3 weeks. So I messaged the seller though her Instagram DM chasing my order up. Finally responds to me tells me the item was out of stock and someone from the team should have reached out to me. She then offers me a refund or send my order out next week. I opted for refund as I was not happy. Was told it would take 5 working days for refund. Guess what it's over 1 week later no refund still waiting. Contacted her again though Instagram messages. Now she is just ignoring my messages even though I can see that she has been online. It's now 3rd June and still trying to get to my money back. I was offered a refund on the 18th May. I have now reported her for fraud/scam as she have failed to refund my money absolutely disgusting business. Please think twice before buying from this brand because if something goes wrong with your order you could be put in this situation.

I was given a jar of their Sea Moss Gel which when opened smelled like an open sewer, having contacted them to see if that is what it's supposed to smell like they ignored my email, so I checked around the internet and found out that the jar was actually off and should not be consumed; having contacted them again with this new information and offering to send the jar to them so they know I'm genuine, they said they would look into it and get back to me, which surprise surprise they have yet again ignored my email and weeks later I am still waiting for a response, so therefore I would advise anyone looking to buy Sea Moss Gel online avoid Faitholivia completely. Very Poor Service.
