I ordered an item in July

I ordered an item in July, advertised to help the victims of the Texas floods in Kerrville. I never received the Tshirt, with constant excuses and contradictions. When I said I would report them to my cc company they said they would "reship" the item but it would cost extra. Prior they offered to reimburse half for not shipping then claimed my post office returned it. If you're going to make up a story, at least make it believable. My cc company is supposed to reimburse. Beware of this company.

Absolutely horrible quality and a scam

Absolutely horrible quality. Turns out it's a Chinese company pretending to be based on the southern United States. I did receive my hat that was awful quality (screen printed on flimsy material, looking nothing like the quality of the photo). They offered $2 compensation and said if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay high shipping costs to the chines factory. I threw the hat away.

Ditto all the rest

Ditto all the rest. This is not a company operating on Christian principles! I tried to order and thankfully four different cards all declined and 3 or the four sent me a fraud alert. DO NOT BUY THROUGH FACEBOOK.

I didn't receive what I paid for

I didn't receive what I paid for. Instead I received an email that my package was marked "undeliverable". My address was correct, so there was no reason for my package to not be delivered. When I emailed the company about needing a refund or to receive my order, they replied with they would send my order again after I pay for the order again along with shipping and handling. This company is a scam. I thought I was doing business with a company in the United States. Turns out my package had to clear many different customs before being sent to the US then it ended up being sent back by the carrier!

Chinese SCAM - Stay away.

Just like the previous reviewer, I thought that helping out the folks in Kerr County would be a good thing. After I placed my order, I immediately discovered that we did not get FREE SHIPPING like the website states. They also charged us 27% tax! I immediately sent a cancellation request to them along with a screenshot of the transaction. They replied by asking for screenshots of the transaction. This is about the time that the alarm bells went off. I did some digging into this company/website and here are a few things that I found.
1. They claim that they are "Nestled in the heart of NC" There is no evidence of this whatsoever and they do not give any physical shipping address at all.
2. The website was created on April 21, 2025 to Alibaba Cloud/HiChina. It is very new and registered to China.
3. According to gridinsoft.com: "Faithootd.com operates a fraudulent e-commerce platform designed to extract customer payments and sensitive personal information through deceptive shopping schemes."
4. They want to charge a 30% cancellation fee - "Even if you cancel 1 second later"
5. Sale items are non-refundable. Hmmm...it appears that everything on their site is on sale.

Don't buy from facebook ads

Their ads started showing up on facebook right after the Texas/Guadalupe floods, saying they donate to the victims with sales of their Texas flag, cross, heart designed hats and shirts. My mistake in ordering from any company advertising on fb - I know better...I even went online away from fb to look at this company - and still got scammed. I liked the designs and thought they were doing a good thing for the flood victims - I have no idea if they donated and now greatly doubt it. Customer service - same static reply to my every emal, no answers to my questions. Tried to cancel immediately when I saw they overcharged by quite a bit, my numerous emails somehow got most of the overcharge refunded but was still more than what the invoice stated. Finally did receive the shirt and was surprised to actually get it - but so disappointing in the quality and look of it, nothing like the pictured shirt. Very cheaply made and material is flimsy, shiny polyester. Definitely washed it before wearing and it did not wash well. Money wasted.
