Extremely Cheap!!
I just bought 2 fairly expensive hats (baseball caps) from Faithoutlet. I did not know they were going to come from China - and that they were the cheapest made caps I have EVER seen in my life! Cardboard *acetate material - and no embroidery like the picture showed - a cheap iron on plastic patch that is already coming off! Huge disappointment! Avoid this company!

The website said my top was wool with a felt dachshund dog on the front.
I received a completely different one The colour of pink was totally different and the material was almost like a t-shirt type. As there wasn’t any label on the garment I couldn’t tell what type of material it was! It however definitely wasn’t wool as stated. The dog on the front was a printed photo of a dachshund! not a felt one as described and not like the picture on the website.
There were no labels on the top at all and no tag attached to show it was new. Needless to say I was completely disappointed and will not use this website again.

I ordered 9 days ago. 2 days after my purchase i received the following
•We've confirmed your order preparing for shipment. Please come back to this page for updates on your shipment status•
Every day since then, (7days) I have checked for shipment status, and the response is the same. "Preparing for Shipment".
I have emailed the support address, and the sender of the initial confirmation. And I have NOT received any update. Since the item has NOT been shipped, I have emailed 4 times a request to CANCEL the order.
Still.... no response given.
I should have checked TRUST PILOT first!

I ordered a pink sweater with a dachshund dog design (as shown in the product photos), but what I received was completely different. The sweater I got is not the same style, material, or design — it looks very cheap and nothing like what was advertised.
The quality is disappointing, the fabric feels rough, and the design details from the photo are missing. This feels misleading and not what I paid for.
Faithoutfit needs to improve their accuracy in showing products online and make sure customers actually receive what they ordered. Right now, I cannot recommend this company.
