Tributo makes terrible custom faja. They body shame and they’ll steal your refunds
I purchased a custom made faja and they made the faja wrong. They remade the faja and though the remake of the faja was a little better than the original faja, the faja was still cut incorrectly. Tributo said because I ordered my faja on the Black Friday sale, Tributo didn't make enough profit on purchase to justify fixing the faja again. I requested a refund. They never gave me a refund and because this exchange of calls and emails went so long, I exceeded the number of days allowed to dispute the transaction with my card, I ended up losing ~$238 on a useless faja. The faja not only make me measure bigger around the waist, the faja shapes my abdomen into a pot belly shape. Also, I have a natural curve or indentation in my waist sides. Not a deep curvy waist but still my curve is visible. The Tributo faja flattens or truncates my sides and flattens my waist sides straight. After months of calling, texting, and emailing about this faja and never getting a refund nor getting a properly fitting faja, I gave up. They are thieves. Poor workmanship and if you look at their outlet page, Tributo gets a ton of returns from dissatisfied customers. Additionally, they insult and fat shame and fat blame customers who make themselves vulnerable to get help.
