ordered a holster from Falco

ordered a holster from Falco, their website says all duties and customs to the US are paid. FedEx billing me for same. told FedEx they were supposed to be prepaid by Falco, FedEx says they are not. emailed Falco 2 times about this, they do not reply. as far as the holster goes, not very good, thin leather, poor stitching. make up your own mind if you decide to buy a holster from them.

From what we see, this appears to be an issue on FedEx’s side regarding how the duties were processed. That said, we will make this right. We will either cover the charges or provide double the amount in store credit.

Fantastic holster!

I’ve been wearing my Falco holster for 8 years, and it’s still in as good of shape as the day it arrived. Nicely broken in, and easy access to my Springfield whenever I need it. The craftsmanship is fantastic!! Would I recommend a Falco holster? Absolutely!!!!

Bad quality ,even worse customer suppport

Paid for and received a holster I was not satisfied with. No big deal I thought I'll just return for a refund. Boy was I wrong. To receive a refund you have to aline your time zone with Slovakia, Europe which is a 14 time difference to contact their customer support. Then after contacting support they require 3 different photos of the holster AND GUN in multiple positions and also a video. Then they say they will not pay for shipping and only store credit is given. So If you payed $70 total ($50 for the holster , $20 for shipping ) You will only received $50 store credit which if you choose to use you will need to pay $20 to get your product shipped to you. All in all this is basically a scam company which doesn't follow any trade US laws because they're located somewhere in rural Europe.

Because every FALCO holster is handmade to order and custom-configured, our return and warranty policies are different from mass-produced retail items. These terms are clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and BUYBACK program on our website before purchase so customers can review them in advance.

To clarify a few points:

• Photo and video documentation is requested so our craftsmen and evaluation team can properly determine whether there is a manufacturing issue or simply a configuration matter. This helps us resolve problems accurately, fairly, and helps us to improve.

• Shipping costs are not included in store credit because they represent the carrier service that was already used to deliver the order. This is a common practice among custom-manufactured products.

That said, we never want a customer to feel unsupported. Our team answers every inquiry and works hard to offer solutions—whether through adjustments, claims evaluation, or our BUYBACK store-credit program. If you would be willing to contact us again directly, we would be happy to review your case once more and see whether there is any additional way we can assist.

Love the easy to use design

I met a rep at the Shot Shot show and got a few samples to try. Loved the simple design, strong clip, and never had to worry about my side arm slipping or getting damaged when i bump into things.

Love these holsters

Love these holsters. I own five. All fit perfect to my pistols I ordered for. Very well made. All OWB. 4 Leather and 1 nylon. They do take about a month to receive but it's worth the wait. Not sue of date I received the last one.

I ordered a nylon universal shoulder…

I ordered a nylon universal shoulder holster on Dec 18, 2025 from Falco Holsters. I paid $153.80 and the money was pulled from my card. Then I got an email from Falco telling me to send my red dot sight to somewhere in Europe for $22.98 shipping so they can make my holster. It is a nylon universal, fits most firearm combinations. Now it is Jan 12, 26 and no response or refund.
