Really poor company. Ordered 6 items they said they had in stock, they only sent 3 of them, so cancelled the other 3. They said they would refund money in 5-10 working days, but didn't, and didn't answer most emails. Only refunded money once I raised a dispute with the bank.

Trade warning to other installers: Falcon Electrical Wholesalers are not reliable on after-sales support. We supplied and installed drive-over lights purchased from Falcon; within two years all four units failed, with one failing twice. To avoid leaving a live trip hazard, Falcon instructed us to buy replacement fittings upfront and confirmed a full refund would be issued once the fault was verified. Saxby confirmed the fittings were faulty, yet Falcon then dragged the process out for months, required constant chasing, and only issued a partial refund (£154.29 of £170.93). They are now refusing to pay the balance despite the failure being confirmed and the purchase being made on their instruction. This resulted in five return visits, wasted labour, electrician costs, and time lost arguing over a small sum. Other trades should be aware that Falcon will not stand behind faulty stock and will leave installers out of pocket. We will not be using them again.

Used this company as they were local to me. Wish I hadn't bothered. Selling items that are clearly not in stock. Phoned on Tuesday about materials I was waiting for on a job and they promised to put it on a pre midday today. After arranging with my customer to complete this afternoon, I have now had a delivery slot too late in the AFTERNOON to complete the work. If you need anything in a hurry avoid this company. The items have taken a week to arrive with a £6.95 delivery charger for the privilege.

Item has a two year manufacturers warranty and is faulty yet the company do not want to deal with the matter even though the manufacturers have advised me to return to them essentially breaking consumer law rights. Will now be issuing proceedings. My advice stay well away

Great prices, quick delivery, they were a little slow to refund one item but they saved me money as I had ordered some bits wrong and they rang me straight away to clarify and correct the order.

This company took exactly a month to refund me when they (eventually) realised they were out of stock of the item I ordered. They were very casual on the phone and at no point did I have any faith that I would ever get the money back. I did at least, but I wouldn't buy from them again.
