I booked premium cruise as it promised to provide variety of food but horribly the things were entirely opposite. Food was poorly cooked by an um experienced cook. Real disappointment and not recommended as it is wastage of money. Actual worth of services provided is not more then 50 UED.

I recently went on Falcon marina premium cruise and was really looking forward for good experience. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

First, the variety of food was limited, and many of the dishes were surprisingly bland. I tried the pasta, which was overcooked and lacked seasoning. I expected fresh, delicious meals while cruising, but I was left feeling unsatisfied at every meal.

While some staff members were friendly, others seemed rushed and inattentive. The food looked unappetizing, and many items seemed to have been sitting out for too long. Also the live show was not good at all which spoiled the evening completely.

I love cruising and generally have high expectations for onboard dining, but this experience left me underwhelmed. I hope they can improve their food quality for future passengers.

Would not recommend if you're a foodie!

Spend a great evening in Falcon oasis premium luxury cruise. Excellent service and recommended.

Overall it's good, but in Desert Safari the staff is insisting to move towards VIP entry and lot of discrimination is happening between normal and VIP entry. This is creating lot of embracing to the visitors.

Well organised and managed. Our server Ali was great with all our needs

Food taste is horrible. Vegetarians are served with the same utensils as that of Non-Vegetarian. Should have taken care of this as people like Jains/Marwadis irks at seeing this things in front of them because of which they would not be comfortable to eat. We got served Tasteless Roti. Nothing was good. Even no coffee/tea was there even though that is mentioned in the their menu. Ambience was okay. Was waited for 45 min in the midst of the lake. Although Waiters behavior was good. Too costly for a cruise. It should cost around 50 AED per person instead of 99. Very Disappointed. Will never recommend to anybody.

Food is totally cold and old - there cooking experts should be changed soon..
Environment is ok , but as i pay 99 per head its totally sad because i know the people payed less amount get the same service...

And this Professional Photographer on every Dhow Cruise 😂 Brother and the Management grow up For God sake … First he came and just start take your photos - and then at the time of closing they just come with the prints and starts selling your pictures 😂 What a great emotional Business…
If they will inform before with true way people will pay well and don’t get annoyed with those type of cheep business techniques ….

Great value for money …. Lovely evening spent with great views, lovely food and helpful staff! Our whole family really enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend!

What a FANTASTIC night from start to finish - highly recommend best night with fantastic views great entertainment, food and drinks very well organised will go again when back in Dubai - Thankyou to everyone on the boat you were all professional and fantastic - HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Loved the ambiance, the cruise is very nice and looks luxurious, enviornment was very good. Overall the hospitality was good with improvement in certain areas like:
1. Food was not up to the mark. After all it was all about dinner whilst cruising on a luxury dhow... even if cannot improve the menu or items, it is a must to improve the taste and quality of food being served.
2. In the sitting arrangement, one side of the table had the luxury sofas but the side had cheap uncomfortable plastic chairs, I could imagine that it was due to space constraints but the quality of chairs chan be improved and replace with dining wooden chairs which should go with rest of the enviornment.
3. It was very hot outside and the food was only served outdoors on top deck. We preferred to sit in the air conditioned area and had to go upstairs to check and bring the food in our plates. Ideally, full food setup could have been in the down air conditioned area or at least for guests sitting in the below deck should have food served there rather than keep going up and down.

These are the items that can be improved and I am sure this will help business growing exponentially as good experiences count in this part of the world.

The tour was conducted very nicely and the guide was very versed on showing the places

Great service and clean and tidy. I was disappointed with the view as it was taken only i famous spot where on website clearly mentioned few.
