I need urgent assistance regarding a transaction I made through your platform. I sent a payment since 3rd December , and the amount was successfully debited from my account, but the recipient has not received the alert or the funds until now.
This delay is causing serious inconvenience.
Please help me trace and confirm the status of this transaction, and credit the recipient as soon as possible.
I E-mailed you already falcon but no responses since then I have attached the transaction receipt for your investigation.
