Security Task
On Monday 2nd February 2026 I concluded a weeks security task with high prole, Ultra High Net Worth indiduals. Falcon Chauffeurs Worldwide ltd provided chauffeurs and vehicles in support of the project which required a great deal of commitment and professionalism. I was assigned chauffeur Mounir from Falcon
who immediately displayed the high level of professionalism required. Mounir throughout the weeks task was smart, punctual, flexible going well above and beyond to deliver a first class service. There is no doubt Mounir and Falcon were an integral part of the security team which delivered a safe, friendly and effective service highly praised by the clients.

It's a shame that some people use these platforms for their personal egos which are designed for customers to highlight the good or bad service so that future customers can either get confidence from the endorsements or refrain from the warnings from existing or past customers.
This is the 5th name you have used to kindly leave a review on Trust Pilot and Google because we didn't require your substandard service, for which the client complained and this is of utmost priority for us to remove you from our trustable list of sub-contractors as the service was sub-standard.
As suggested before, we may suggest you go through some chauffeuring courses, for which we can assist you as we have in-house training protocols and processes in regard to chauffeurs development.

Falcon chauffeurs are untrustworthy they will ask the chauffeur driver to do a job for them and when you finish the job they won't pay you! Very bad experience with them not only that but if you try to ask them a question they will remove you from their watsapp group and block you too. I will take this to tfl but I will urge you team truspilot not to put a risk to riders as well as drivers. Because we always count on trust pilot reviews. When we see a company with good trust pilot review we work for them so please I can't emphasis more to investigate the behind the scenes what Falcon chauffeurs are doing. Thank you

Customer satisfaction is the core of our business and we hold our partner Chauffeurs to very high standards.
It was further brought to our attention that the vehicle used for the service was not clean and you were not dressed professionally for the job.

My review is pertaining to the booking process and communication regarding the driver. As an assistant to an executive it can be nerve wracking not knowing if a car service is showing up on time. I greatly appreciated the updates on driver name, make of car, updates on picking up the passenger, etc. Thank you for this attention to detail!
