The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, and the hotel was incredibly dirty. But what was even worse happened the day before we were due to check out. We went to the reception and explained that our flight was late in the evening, and asked if we could stay at the hotel until then. The receptionist said we could check out of our room by 12 PM and still use the hotel facilities throughout the day. They also mentioned that dinner would be charged separately. On our last day, we checked out of our rooms at 12 PM as agreed.
While I was sitting alone in the lobby, someone came up to me and said it was past 12 PM and that we had to leave the hotel immediately. Even though I explained that we had received permission the day before, they rudely replied, 'There’s no such permission, just get out.' Then security came over and told me to leave. I was forced out of the hotel without any reason, even though I had stayed there for 15 days with my family of six. While being kicked out, they used offensive language and behaved aggressively.
Do not go to this hotel. Thomas Cook and other travel companies should remove this hotel from their listings.

My experience at Özkaymak Falez Hotel in Antalya was incredibly disappointing and disheartening. Upon arrival for check-in, my companions and I were met with the most shocking and appalling treatment. The person at the reception desk outright refused to allow us access to the hotel, providing no legitimate reason for his actions. It was abundantly clear that he simply did not like us because of our race, and that he held biased views against us.

Despite our attempts to seek an explanation and resolution, the hotel's manager only exacerbated the situation. To our dismay, he openly admitted that he did not appreciate our presence and, therefore, denied us the right to stay at the hotel. Such blatant racism and discrimination are completely unacceptable and have left us feeling humiliated and hurt.

As a result of this deplorable treatment, we were left stranded without accommodation and out of pocket for the cost of the hotel booking. This experience has marred our entire trip to Antalya and left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a distressing encounter at Özkaymak Falez Hotel.

I implore the hotel management to take immediate action in addressing this issue, implementing sensitivity training for their staff, and ensuring that such discriminatory incidents never occur again. It is crucial for them to uphold the values of inclusivity and respect for all guests, regardless of their race or background.

In conclusion, I cannot express strongly enough how profoundly disappointed I am with Özkaymak Falez Hotel's treatment of us. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment until they take appropriate steps to rectify their abhorrent behavior.
