DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I placed an from this company on Nov 13, 2019 for 175USD. They claim shipping in the US to be 7-10 business days but I did not receive my order until December 29, 2019. When I finally received package, I received all the wrong items - nothing even close to what I ordered PLUS, they were all horrible quality plastic materials. When I wrote to customer service, firstly they took 2 weeks to respond and when they finally did they claimed these are the “best selling items” and so they think I will enjoy it so I should keep it and as an apology they will send me a coupon code for a future purchase. I of course refused and asked for a full refund offering to send the horrible items back. This is when customer service took a turn and started threatening me saying I will have to send the items back to China and if they get lost in the mail, I will get nothing back and it will be my fault. The threats also included that if I did anything to the clothes, they are not exactly how I received them, if I send them to the wrong address, etc etc etc, I will not receive even a partial refund. Absurd. After a long back and forth with no resolution, I finally just sent a claim to PayPal. Here’s to hoping PayPal can fix it.

This site is the biggest scam ever. These crooks are CROOKED. Do not order from this site. Everything about this site is FRAUD. SCAM. CROOKED. Stay away from this site!!

I ordered 7 items from them, part of them were fine but 2 of them were totally different then what I have ordered, I requested their support help and were just rude and helpful at all. They asked me to send back the items and pay for the shipment and only when they will receive the items they will decide if I need to get a refund. For items I didn’t even wanted. Terrible site won’t buy there ever again.

Poor quality of clothing. Does not look like photos. Poor customer service, do not reply promptly. Poor returns policy, returned items and had no information regarding a full refund.

I really wished I had checked reviews of Fallintostyle before placing an order. Not only did it take over 45 days to get my order (I understood that maybe they were impacted by COVID but I couldn't even get a response about delivery updates after inquiring) the product that I received was of horrible quality (there was fading/distressing on every hem line) and it was a different color than on the website (it was this faded blue color when the product description and image on the website showed it as Black). When reaching out to customer service, it took days and some times a week in between responses and when they did respond, it was like they were talking to a different customer (ex i sent them a pic of the garment i received and there response was your item has been delivered and here is your tracking number...WHAT?). When I finally received a meaningful response, I was told the product matched the description and If I wanted to return it, I would have to pay to ship it to China (and of course no return address was provided). The shipping costs alone is worth more than what I paid for the garment so thats not happening. Horrible product and horrible customer service was what I received and it will be the last time.

I ordered two items - a jacket and a hoodie. Both items arrived together in about 2 months (this is the only part of experience I didn’t have a problem with). The jacket wasn’t even CLOSE to what I ordered (what I received isn’t even on their website) - but it was the right size. The hoodie was the right color, but not even close to the graphic that I ordered (just like the jacket - the graphic I received isn’t on their website).

I reached out to get a refund. I got a response that they will look into who put the orders together. (I don’t care who put them together. I sent pictures in my email of what I got which is right next to what I ordered. It’s more than obvious its not correct. It needed to be fixed.) After a month of them ghosting me, I felt the need to let people know how they treat their customers and how they represent their brand.

Neither items are my style and the fabrics are not what I expected nor are they comfortable. If I would have known then what I know now, I would not have ordered from them. Buyer beware!!

They said I received my package and I never received it. I tried to email them and ask and they have yet to respond. It’s been 2 days

I'm posting this because I think the other posts where they ACTUALLY received an item calling the company a scam is disingenuous. I ordered the pink drip coat and it looks great - however, it is NOT printed uniformly as shown in the imagery, thus me giving them a 4 star review. That said, the jacket was of infinitely higher quality than I anticipated. I seriously thought it was going to be thin, lab coat material. When I've reached out to their customer service they've responded quickly - I'm going to check into their policy about the jacket not matching the image perfectly (again, it is well printed, it is just not aligned the same way as it was shown in the image).

Use paypal if you think I'm full of s**t, as they'll protect you against scam purchases, as I learned this summer after being scammed by another site.

If you see something that looks cool on this site and you aren't worried if the layout will match perfectly, order right now and I think you'll be as happy as I've been. I'll update this review if they replace my jacket to a 5 star one with a perfectly aligned reprint.

I love my coat from Fallintostyle. It took bout 3 weeks.everytime I reached out they replied right back....my coat looks jis how it did on the site.will be back to buy more
