Wowzers. Ordered the Boromir pen holder which made me chuckle and I thought would be a nice gift for a family member. The picture looks detailed, good quality, and made to look like bronze ('brown') and silver/pewter ('grey').

When it arrived, I literally laughed out loud at the product. Very low quality brittle plastic, bright red-brown colour, obviously 3D-printed with bits crumbling off the edges as well. Will definitely not work as a gift...

Emailed the returns address, no reply, which is what I suspected from the other review I see on here.

I ordered an item as a gift for someone and when it turned up it was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. To start the returns procedure you have to email their support email - but they never reply. I have now sent FIVE emails and left messages via their chat system - which claims they will send you an email once somebody answers your query but they never go. Please don't be fooled by what is obviously a dodgy company sending sub-standard products that you are then stuck with.
