My experience with them…
I ordered a bracelet which consists of a very good quality. Unfortunately, the top I ordered was made of poor quality and the logo on the shirt falled off before I could even try it on. Even though it took a while to get a reply from FallonAMS, they’d send me a new one which was sadly the same quality as the first top. In the end I’d send both tops back to them and they gave me my money back and also payed for the return fees.
It’s been quite annoying to wait so long to get a reply but they handled it professionally.
