I ordered an A4 artwork and it’s beautiful. The attention to detail is perfect. It was writing from a card that a family member wrote not long before they passed away, it means the world to us to be able to have that memory forever on display. Customer service from Katie was 5*, always a pleasure to order from Fall with Grace. Quality products that are made with love.

Ordered an 100cm floating shelf with engraving. The amazing detail put into the shelf is unbelievable. It is absolutely amazing. I ordered on the 3rd of December and it arrived on 22nd December. The communication was great, couldn't fault it. The tracking was also very good. I would 100% order again in the New Year.

We have just received 2 engraved shelves and are so happy with them, they are solid wood and will last years, Katie engraved them with my exact specification. Will definitely order again

I have just received my coasters from Fall with Grace which I am going to gift to our family as part of their Christmas present. Kate even bundled each of the coasters up into individual family groups and tied them with a ribbon and a Merry Christmas tag.
The quality is exceptional and these will last forever. I try and order something each year from this small family business and every single product is beautiful. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

From start to finishing ordering my Christmas orders Kate was more than helpful. I panicked because they didn't deliver to Ireland she went out of her way to offer to get it to delivered to her house in order for me to get one. Only a small business would offer this kindness. This is why I LOVE supporting small businesses. This is my 7th item from fall with Grace and definitely won't be my last. The Sleigh's are out of this world SO BEAUTIFUL. I bought one for myself and my parents and I can't wait for xmas day to gift it to them. I also ordered the personalised jar and its absolutely stunning. I've just received my 3rd item (a Christmas Sleigh) from Fall With Grace and I've already made my fourth order. Each item has been beautifully crafted and arrived as promised. I am in no doubt I will order again. Highly recommended.

I love this company, the products are so well made, I purchased the sleigh which I ordered on drop one, it arrived today and I am so so happy with it. Katie has been so lovely, communicating from start of order through to when it’s process of being made to when it was being shipped.
In the packaging it had a little Santa stamp with an elf number it’s the attention to detail ❤️

The communication from fall with grace was great, they keep you updated every step of the process. The timings were accurate and the product is so cute it was a great gift for my mum!

I ordered the wooden dog lead hook. It is really lovely, the wood is so soft and smooth to touch and the name and paws engravings are so well done. I am really happy with it and will be returning to order more from them. Communications with Katie were really prompt too and she kept me updated.

My wife and I saw the floating shelf on a TV show and wondered where they came from, then Stacey Solomon shared the details of the business and we where so pleased we knew where to go! We ordered an engraved floating shelf and the tea/coffee/sugar jars. Took about two weeks to arrive, when we opened was blown away by the quality and the smell of the real wood. The shelf was fairly easy to put up, but the final product on the wall is literally breath-taking. The shelf area is in our kitchen and it has now become the centrepiece of our kitchen. We have plans to buy more of the jars and maybe some other bits, its certainly not the cheapest stuff in the world, but id rather pay more for high quality than cheap rubbish from B&M. Communication was great, delivery was great, packaging was great, can't fault the whole experience.

I ordered a floating shelf. As a newly wed I wanted to have something to make a statement so I ordered this beautiful shelf with our new name! The quality is amazing and beautifully made. So easy to put up too! I have had so many lovely compliments about it too! Thank you once again and I can’t wait to order more!

This is my first product from this amazing company and it certainly won’t be the last. I ordered the Christmas Sleigh back in October and just hoped it would be with me for Christmas as these were in popular demand. It arrived and I love, love, love it.
