PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They guaranteed a 3-4 week arrival which was completely false. I ordered my prom dress in the beginning of April when the event was in the middle of May. Doesn’t show up on time and on the last week before the event I have no dress. I paid 300$ and extra for shipping. I got no updates and nothing from the company. They stopped answering my emails then it said their “Inbox was full”. Awful company Please don’t order from them

I am getting married later this year so I need a few white dresses for different events but I was also interested in ordering one of the "mystery" boxes. I chatted with Cathy at customer support who will be curating the box for me to make sure that I can receive at least one white dress in my size, if not multiple. She went above and beyond for me when she did not have to. After the past year that everyone has had, human kindness seems even more touching than it used to be. I highly recommend shopping with Fame and Partners, specifically Cathy if you can help it, and will not forget the fantastic customer service that she has provided.

Was given a guarantee of 3-4 weeks delivery time for my gown, I even paid the extra for it to be expressed shipped. It had gotten to 4 weeks after ordering and I reached out as I had not received anything! Only to be told they needed more time and were ‘sorry’ but could offer no reimbursement even though I now am two days before my even with no gown! They asked me if I still wanted to product and let me know it would be shipped by Friday (meaning it would arrive 2 weeks past the guaranteed date!). I am now out of pocket around $400 AUD and need to purchase another dress in the next two days. Extremely angry and disappointed.

I sincerely appreciated Fame and Partner's customer service for helping organize my bridesmaids and wedding party dresses. Their team, Cathy in particular, went out of their way to hold my hand through the process to ensure every bridesmaid and wedding party member ordered their dress and followed my instructions. (I created a presentation of options that Cathy ensured was followed!) I cannot recommend Fame and Partners enough and the quality of their dresses is outstanding!

This company is a total SCAM. I ordered 2 different style (bridesmaid) dresses in the same color and fabric and provided my EXACT measurements. The dresses arrived from CHINA in 2 seperate boxes. The colors were completely different from each other even though they were supposed to be the same exact color. Furthermore, the fit was RIDICULOUS, it is clear they didnt take into consideration my measurements because this dress was made for someone 6ft tall with DD's and I am 5'4" with a B cup. Meanwhile, customer service wont take phone calls only email and is taking a week to respond to my photos and provide a resolution. If they think I am paying their $30 restocking fee they are crazy, this is just a cover to ensure customers pay for the freight back to China.

I ordered a "mystery box" in my size. I took a risk on the styles, knowing that I may not like some of them. I love most of the dresses, but not a single one fits in the hip/butt/thigh. They fit nicely everywhere else, but I can't even sit down so I'm disappointed that all 5 dresses are unwearable.

EDIT: Cathy from customer service was kind enough to send some looser-fitting dresses to accommodate for the ill-fitting ones in the first box. I am very pleased with the response from Fame and Partners and the new dresses fit like a glove. Thank you!!

If i could rate this website 0 stars, I would! Myself and all of the bridesmaids ordered from this website in different styles but the same colour.
My first dress didn’t fit properly and was very loose and ill fitting, so I ordered another dress. This dress was 100x worse than the first one and looked so cheap, and was about 3 sizes too big on me.
All 5 of my us range from sizes 2-14 and not one of their dresses fit us properly or received what was marketed on the website. I am unbelievably upset with this experience as now I have to rush and find 5 bridesmaids dresses within 2 months and have them fitted/tailored.
We all paid $35 in duties for dresses that weren’t worth it. We reached out to the customer service team and they told us all of our measurements were too small for the dresses and it was our fault. Which is absolutely incorrect. Each of our measurements were either right on point with the size we ordered or only .5 an inch off. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
Please save yourself the time and money, and look elsewhere for your dresses.

In the age of 2-day shipping, waiting 4-7 weeks feels torturous but it's well worth the wait for a piece from Fame and Partners, especially when you've customized it yourself. The georgette fabric feels delicate and luxurious, and has held up well so far. The measurements seem true to size, however the piece I ordered is loose fitting (as intended). I'm interested to see how well the more fitted pieces I have on the way measure up. Either way, I'm completely obsessed with this brand and very happy to have a clothing supplier that's sustainable, caters to plus size shoppers, and is fashionable af.

I was hesitant to order 10 identical custom bridesmaid dresses, but they came in and look perfect!!! I have a specific vision for what I wanted but couldn't find it anywhere so I was able to create exactly what I wanted. The dresses are great quality and so flattering, thank you for making this such a seamless process! :-)

Dress fit great. Will wear it for graduation but planning on getting it tailored shorter so I can use it for other events.

I purchased two dresses and both dresses are way beyond my expectations. I thought the fabrics would be thin, but they were not. Both dresses are heavy and in multiple layers which create beautiful draping effect. I love them!

DO NOT BUY FROM FAME AND PARTNERS. Rip off merchants! My daughter purchased customised dresses for her upcoming wedding. The fabric is not as advertised "heavy georgette" but rather cheap, creased and see-through fabric. Despite providing measurements, the dresses are all poorly fitted. They also arrived in 3 separate deliveries despite the order being made on the one day. Bitterly disappointed that a company that advocates sustainability is so unethical and misleading. This is disgraceful behaviour. I strongly recommend to any prospective buyers to avoid Fame and Partners.

Fast shipping. BEAUTIFUL dress. I’m absolutely obsessed it’s the most gorgeous thing i’ve ever put on my body. I will i’m fact be playing dress up every day. I got the Strappy Draped Gown. For reference I am 5’4 and 125 lbs and I got a 2. Fits like a glove. Straps (not adjustable) were not an issue for me and the color is absolutely beautiful. The quality is also perfect. I don’t even know how to express my love for this dress so DEFINITELY shop here!!!

Don't bother spending hundreds on a dress that is not ACTUALLY MADE TO ORDER. They take your measurements and give you a "suggested size" from their size chart which is WAY off. They ship from China, so not sure what kind of sustainable business it actually is. $35 fee to exchange. Waste of time and money.

I was very pleased with my experience with Fame and Partners, I ordered a dress for an event and was able to receive it in time. Whenever I contacted the staff to ask them about the timeline they were helpful and kind. The dress fit well, and I was excited to be able to customize it how I wanted. A great shopping experience.
