The item described online as tango Apple Original with the sweetners and sugars. Ordered a whole crate for it to be sugar free. Then sent a WhatsApp to see about a refund and return. Got completely ignored. Terrible.

Made an order a week ago had no updates still not received the order made several forms of contact heard nothing and still had nothing in regards to the order

Placed an order for an item which according to the website, was in stock. No communication received, no tracking updates etc. To call them and find out it's actually out of stock and a refund would be provided.

Yet I'm still to receive any email confirming the refund has actually been processed.

Wouldn't recommend if this is how they deal with things. Would be much better if they communicated with customers about out of stock items and processed refunds swiftly.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and had no communication sent emails and used the WhatsApp messages sent but never read. No order has come and tracking just says is being processed. Not using this again.

Delivery came very quick after ordering, bottles were packaged securely. Just overall perfect service and consumption.

Tried the Tree tops drink cocktail 12 fruits drink from a vend machine just a few days before. Lovely natural just juice can without fake sugars. 100% recommend this drink and this supplier!

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service it’s really good, they get back to you more or less straight away and will help as much as they can. The delivery was also good and on time.

They took my money knowing that they never had the order in stock. Apparently the drinks I wanted have been discontinued. They have issued me a refund, which just over a week later I am still waiting to receive in my bank.

I purchased drinks from Fame, after a couple of weeks waiting for an update with no communication from them they refunded me the amount I paid for the drinks saying they don’t have stock for it. Why let me purchase it in the first place? On the website it never stated “out of stock”, why waste so much time?
