Customers should only pay for what they have selected. It is frustrating to be forced to add more items just to meet a minimum order requirement, especially after discounts are applied. If an item is available for purchase, customers should be allowed to buy it without being required to spend a certain amount. This policy makes the checkout process inconvenient and disappointing.
