Paid in Full, Yet Still Facing Payment Demands and Legal Threats

Even after I paid off the balance and received a payoff letter confirming the debt was settled, Family Funding Group continued asking me for more money and claiming I had missed payments.
Receiving further payment demands after settling the account and obtaining written confirmation is unacceptable. Just read the company’s online reviews to see the concerns other customers have raised. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.
