Fraudulent and corrupt Director and company!! Misconduct toward clients and employees. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. They are very corrupt and owe dozens of people money.

Elana was excellent with my position statement. She went through all of my documents thoroughly and was extremely precise. She gave me plenty of time to make amendments and was very supportive.

I cannot recommend Shumyla Sheikh enough.
She is such a friendly and knowledgeable person and supported me above and beyond.

So not take the advice or pay this company. The positive reviews surely can’t be right. They failed to write a correct witness statement for a non molestaion order. They didn’t add evidence and they have left me in a a very dangerous position. They are not able to represent in court or do anything they are saying they can do. My calls and emails have been ignored. I have had to pay another company and call 999 many times over due to their incompetence

Great service and kiera is very through and efficient would recommend the law decision to everyone it was well worth it

Do not go with this company they took our money and have not provided the service as described on their website. Didn’t respond to messages for help left us up in the air with no support. Calls not returned, e mails not returned. Complained on their website no response from management or the operations officer. Numerous messages for manager and complaints manager. It’s now costing us even more to get a Solicitors advice. Please don’t do it!

These guys are phenomenal. From the outset Ali Mohammed responded promptly and professionally in the same morning; probably within 2hrs of my inquiry. He told me what I needed to do, what they would do for me, and the costs involved.

My case was worked on by Christopher Riley, in conjunction with me, until the job was done. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process.

The team have a ferocious work ethic and a keen ability to 'get it right first time', which is what I needed. They had great empathy, tact and vision. They knew what I wanted to say, and it came across with skill. These guys have the gravitas of deep thinkers, coupled with intellectual horsepower.

I cannot stop recommending this firm and Elana in particular. For over 4y i struggled to deal amicably with my ex-partner and dealing on matters related to shared parenting. He caused so much pain and abuse and difficulties and i could not detach emotionally and bite the bullet and take him to court. Once I came across Family Law Decisions and their staff, they listened to my story and put in in the rifght perspective for me to come to the realisation of all the abuse I was subjected to. Elana worked so hard inventorying all the hundreds of messages and various pieces of evidence to assist me in compiling my court case and witness statement, constantly updating the statement with all the new evidence I was coming across from digging it out in all that misery that supposed to be effective parenting communication. I could not have put it in such an eloquent way not even in a hundred years. I am so happy I came across this firm, especially after wasting so much time, money and energy with mediation people who cannot even get the right participant name or other law firms that are more interested in getting their invoices across before knowing the story.

Going to family court can be daunting and extremely stressful, especially if you've never experienced court and proceedings of this nature. Family Law Decisions not only guided me through a tough time but provided professional, precise and polite service which gave me the result I desired.
