Our website will state next day, 2 day or 2-4 day, etc "shipment", which means it will ship - or leave the warehouse - next day, 2 days, etc. The time of delivery is not stated of the website...nor can we promise delivery times, especially during this pandemic season when many delivery services were definitely behind and taking extended time to deliver. I see your part was delivered on Monday, so I hope everything is working properly and you are satisfied with the part.

Also we were really disappointed to see that the brackets did not come with the swing so we can’t even use it. They should be advertise much better on the website - that it doesn’t come with brackets
