From initial enquiry, to planning the design and ordering was an enjoyable experience. The icing on the cake, was receiving the ring and seeing the craftsmanship that went into it.

Dexter richly deserves the 5 star rating I awarded them. Fay, Adrian and the entire team at Dexter could not have been any more helpful as they helped me design the family crest ring of my dreams. Fay patiently answered every question I had and you can trust me when I say there was a lot of questions. I appreciate not only her help but also the kindness and understanding she exhibited throughout the whole process. I also owe a debt of gratitude to Adrian for his amazing suggestions that made this ring absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. From beginning of order to receiving my ring in the mail, I dealt with Fay. We never talked on the phone, only through e-mail. She was very responsive to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. I even had a slight change to my order and was pleasantly surprised to be able to do so, after the production had started. I received my ring 5 weeks after placing the order and I absolutely love the finished product.

What an outstanding work of art! I got the titanium 16x14 mm. (Large) with my 3 initials, and shoulder engraving. Pictures don’t do these rings justice. When it’s in your hands it’s a whole other feeling, the artwork, the detail, the time and effort is impeccable. You can just tell the quality will last a lifetime. The team at Dexter was amazinggggg! I’m based in the USA so I was a bit nervous about placing an over seas order however that nervous energy was quickly removed. I have just received my THIRD desk seal from DEXTER and I am amazed once again by the stunning detail and quality. They are true works of art and are almost too beautiful to soil with wax!
